100% agree with the ones I've tried. I just got the chocolate and honey flavors of 3 Wishes - the chocolate is decent, but the honey one is weak in flavor ... to the point where you start picking up on the protein flavor.
I think for sheer volume I would recommend Kashi Go Keto
Or if you want more volume take some puffed Kamut or another puffed cereal, add some protein powder, cinnamon and maybe some sweeteners, or even cocoa powder

Special K protein is my fave. 15g per serving.
I'm going to cry looking at that 1 serving of Catalina Crunch in that bowl 😭😭
I just eat it until I’m content. The high fiber and protein content will usually bring on satiety rather quickly.
It’s best to let it get a little soggy, add some Ceylon cinnamon and a pinch of salt. Brings out the flavor a bit more.
I’m on the fence about wonder works I tried the frosted flavor and it was just bad

The One that looks like Cheri-O's "Honey Nut Hoops" have been discontinued by Post. That was the only one I liked. The rest... they can keep them.
Catalina crunch is crunchy at first, then comes the faint cinnamon flavor and fades out into a slimey goop in your mouth, with an odd ending after taste
Tried the Wonder Works cinnamon and I tasted … nothing. Super bland.
I think Highkey protein cereal has good ratings but I haven’t tried it yet

My takeaway is this. If you can accept the sugar content in mainstream cereals, you're better off buying them and using a high protein milk, like Fair Life. Or adding some protein powder to your milk. I don't know,, the price points of these cereals seem ridiculous to me.
💯 agree. Adding protein shake/milk into a traditional cereal should be a staple and I think its also way more cost effective.
I would think the protein isn’t the reason why people are buying these cereals but a bonus. It’s the overall macros and eating cereal with these macros.

You missed out. Catalina crunch dark chocolate is the best of the brand.
Premier protein cereal was not rated good at Amazon.
Premier is still my favorite. I think most folks prefer it based on what ive heard.

You can make cereal out of nuts using almond flour.
