Few things I like the most what they said:-
    1. House is not an investment
    2. Paying higher rent for good amenities and less commute is okay. You realise sooner or later that all the hustle you are doing is to lead a good lifestyle.
    3. About Mumbai, what they said that people are really good but the other part is also correct that you don't know or connect even with your neighbours. If anything happens to you, people next door will not care / come to know. I have spent my entire childhood playing around with neighbour kids so I feel it very much in Mumbai.

Okay..Great practical couple...this episode looks like it was designed for Lodha NCP promotion...just so that people are better informed I am writing some down side to this project.
    1. Its in the gas chamber part of mumbai..with many chemical plants near it..the area gets super polluted...and that degrades your so called "lifestyle"
    2. Some Lodha NCP interior walls are made of Gypsum Boards..cardboard like walls that cant hold heavy furniture..so make sure you check the walls before buying 😅
    3. Mahim that she talked...I stay near dadar, mahim..that area offers cleaner air..seabreeze, walkable surroundings, public parks like shivaji park, good greenery these are major Lifestyle factors..plus Dadar, Mahim will have metro within a year connecting to BKC and to all important points of mumbai.
    4. Insta dark store delivery is offered almost everywhere in Mumbai, I order my self.
    5. Lifestyle also means cleaner air, greenery, walkable neighborhood, experience local culture, local eateries, festivities, reputed schools that wont charge a bomb for basic education, good public transport, walkable markets, stores, shopping streets, walkable theatres with good family crowd that wont charge a fortune for popcorn and snacks, walkable good neighborhood restaurant, general stores plus having the option of insta app deliveries, walkable metro station, bus stops, train stations etc...Dadar West-shivaji park-matunga west-mahim belt excels in these departments...for the same rent you can easily get a 2bhk in this belt and experience the real mumbai instead of living inside a gated fortress cordened off from city life.
