If anything happens to you, people next door will not care / come to know. I have spent my entire childhood playing around with neighbour kids so I feel it very much in Mumbai.

Can someone please explain, how is buying an expensive house, an investment? I get the fact that property rates go up with time and you will get decent returns. But unless you are planning to sell this house and buy a new one in a lower city, how are you making profits?

Its in the gas chamber part of mumbai..with many chemical plants near it..the area gets super polluted...and that degrades your so called "lifestyle" 2. Some Lodha NCP interior walls are made of Gypsum Boards..cardboard like walls that cant hold heavy furniture..so make sure you check the walls before buying 😅 3. Mahim that she talked...I stay near dadar, mahim..that area offers cleaner air..seabreeze, walkable surroundings, public parks like shivaji park, good greenery these are major Lifestyle factors..plus Dadar, Mahim will have metro within a year connecting to BKC and to all important points of mumbai. 4. Insta dark store delivery is offered almost everywhere in Mumbai, I order my self. 5. Lifestyle also means cleaner air, greenery, walkable neighborhood, experience local culture, local eateries, festivities, reputed schools that wont charge a bomb for basic education, good public transport, walkable markets, stores, shopping streets, walkable theatres with good family crowd that wont charge a fortune for popcorn and snacks, walkable good neighborhood restaurant, general stores plus having the option of insta app deliveries, walkable metro station, bus stops, train stations etc...Dadar West-shivaji park-matunga west-mahim belt excels in these departments...for the same rent you can easily get a 2bhk in this belt and experience the real mumbai instead of living inside a gated fortress cordened off from city life.

Tbh projects like Lodha are just for PPL of upper class. We can't even afford flats wch cost more than 50 lakhs. And there's no builder who will provide best of things in those 50 Lakhs. Wish Tata was in constructions and real estates atleast they would've provided some affording and best projects,township to middle class.

Work from home is not a 100% thing. You have to regularly visit your office. Could be once in 10 days or twice in a week.
