That looks super small. How wide is it, 10’ ? I just watched a video where they are building tiny homes , 300sf in Detroit and selling them as “ rent to own” at $1.00 per sf and it’s yours after 7 years. The point of tiny homes is to give people who have been priced out of the market an opportunity to own a home! Greed ruins everything it touches.
I was there on Sunday July 21, 2024 and saw one of these house, but is too overpriced for a small home. American dream is destroyed by inflation. The monthly mortgage is about $1100 a month or more. The small house cost about $143,000 or more. Too expensive for a small house. Used to get a big house for this price but not anymore. High inflation destroyed the American dream. I really hate high inflation.
I like the tiny home, but can see parking (& vehicle security) being a problem. I would prefer a tiny home with a 1 car garage also being part of the structure, especially at that price point.
Wait until y’all see Gilmore Homes - Gilmore Loans LLC’ Modern Starter Homes priced at $99,999 for 599 sf. But wait? Although small, the MG599 Model is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living & dining combo, and full size washer and dryer. I was fund manager of a $50M fund but Covid-19 destroyed my company fundraising and I couldn’t build them. Now, I’m gearing up for Los Angeles and Atlanta via Build-to-Rent then Built-for-Sale.
1. Too expensive for such a small house. 2. That builder is not "reputable". No builder who mass produce housing is reputable. They build them as fast as possible with the cheapest materials by incompetent construction workers. Just look at all the videos on TH-cam about all the problems with new houses being built nowadays.
"We need more starter homes! So that gen z can buy homes! Boomers had small more affordable homes to buy as first time home buyers!"............ "Who would want to live in these small homes! We want 2400 square fot homes for $150k!"

This is wonderful - we need more affordable housing like this !!
3:28. “Purchased from a reputable builder” just as it pans up to a huge gap in the wall at the corner above the shower stall.
I can't even imagine paying $157,000+ for basically a 1 bedroom apartment! Can't believe people are falling for this ridiculous sham!
What are their “affordable” options?
Any closets, or is that an upgrade?
Lenner homes have class action lawsuits for their poor home building wouldn’t buy nothing they make

Plus SA gets hail often, so a garage is almost a necessity
I lovvvvvve it, and I would difinightly keep it simple & minimalistic.
Hate to say but this looks like Dogpatch. Future slum
Yep

Tiny homes was supposed to help homeless people. Now the powers that be want all homeowners inside a tiny home
No bathtub?
Lot rent?
It's a house. Not rental. Not mobile home. A house, with land.
Where the hell do you park a second car?!!!!!!!
Unfortunately on the side of the road :(
They built them quick because of cheap materials. But ok
Awesome ❤❤❤❤
With Power Pylons OverHead ..
You get much more than this in a MODULAR HOME.

Theve reinveted the english country cottage, but they were better built , good idea, a bit like the post war prefab, they did quickly in 50s
170 тыс дс это безумие ..
Great for a single skinny person.
At these price points, you’re not always going to have great neighbors.
A tiny home is 400 sq. feet or less....
Reminds me of "Shotgun houses" from the late 19th Century early 20th.
Thanks boomers
???? Seriously????
