Yeah America is going down fast and the reason is most likely fiscally liberal policies. It’s nice to be socially liberal and give everyone freedom but with economics the left leaning countries besides Norway and Sweden the world economies sucks that are socialist and communist
Omg, ive been waiting so long to see this video that you have been planning for so long! Me falto conocer la gran sabana, pero espero volver pronto para poder comerte AGAIN una arepa de reina pepiada. Un abrazoa todos
This video was AMAZING! My great-grandmother was from Venezuela and all that I know about Venezuela is what I see and hear on the news. I never really understood my identity, but this video makes me proud of my roots. Now, I know a bit more of where I descended from. Thank you ever so much. You are very brave and adventurous. Superb documentary!!! 👏 All the best in your future endeavours.
Venezuela is a country I would love to visit as it has so many areas of outstanding natural beauty, but coming from England my own government advises against all but essential travel to there, it is sad hopefully one day it will be better so I can visit 🙏
Drew makes Venezuela look like paradise. I was recently in Ciudad Juarez & Boquillas del Carmen (Mexico) on two separate day trips. It was a pleasant surprise.
I also loved the visit to Colonia Tovar. It was high up in the mountains and the architecture was like what you see in Germany since it originated from a German Settlement

I love how authentic your video especially describing and communing with locals:) Please keep doing great videos. My dream to visit Salto Angel one day. Greetings from Seattle, Washington
Drew, between the time you went to Venezuela over a year ago and now, Venezuela is a very different country. It is now two completely stories. Now the US dollar is the "formal" currency and every one uses it to pay for everything. The economic situation in the past year has changed significantly, to the extent that all multinational worldwide financial institutions are saying that Venezuela will be the country with the largest economic growth in Latin America in 2023. Inflation has basically ceased with the US dollar being now the "formal" currency. Hardly anyone now uses the local currency to make any payments. And best news is that for whatever reason, Venezuela has bettered significantly in security. Watch recent videos to confirm what I am writing here. You will always be welcome in Venezuela! 🇻🇪 🇺🇲
Venezuela is a beautiful country with a lovely, colorful population and I wish the best for them and their country. Here in the US, most of us take our stability, prosperity, and freedoms for granted, they fail to understand how fragile and unique such things are. Venezuela is, sadly, an example of how quickly and thoroughly a people's fortunes and freedoms can slip away, and the struggle of life afterwards. Life, Liberty, and prosperity should never be taken for granted, most people will never have them and for those that do and lose them, it is unlikely they will ever get them back , at least not in one lifetime. I pray you all will find peace and prosperity, and the good health and freedom to enjoy them.
As a Venezuelan it was amazing to watch this beautiful appreciation of my country. I think Drew got near to knowing the fiber of the Venezuelan reality. Next time he should go to the Amazon jungle on the border with Brazil, it's crazy.
Wow. Just found you inadvertently at the end of another video and I'm blown away. It's 5am and I haven't been to sleep yet but have to watch this video
Thank you this. I have not been in Venezuela since the 70s. It was a very prosperous country in those days, I have lots of family there. I'd love to visit sometime - maybe when it is less complicated.
It was the 4th GPD per capita in the 60's. They were 4x richer than Japan. By the 90's they were still very rich, and it took 10 years for socialism to ruin it all.
Thank you drew for this video. I'm glad you were able to go there. I lived my childhood days in Venezuela. My father worked in the oil industry there. We loved that country so much. It 😢 me to see what has happened to that country. When we lived there Venezuela was doing very well.
I have been binge watching your vids all morning while working remotely.. I gotta tell you I didn't want this video to end it was so good.. Thank you. I feel as if I took this trip with you guys.. Amazing content.

As an American, our slums’ inhabitants have a lot of money. The poverty lifestyle comes from reckless spending on immoral activities and genuine laziness on up-keeping.
I've been to a lot of challenging places, and I really wanted to visit Venezuela this winter, but I just couldn't get the courage to do it alone without any connections.
Yeah you really need to have a local to keep you safe and show you the best part of the country. I'd love to visit too but considering it's so hard to get a visa and the state of the country getting worse everyday, I don't think it's worth going
2:30 that’s literally the street I grew up in Los Naranjos, Venezuela. I woke up every single day for 18 years with these views and sunsets. Los Naranjos, El Cafetal. Caracas. Avenida sur 3. My street ❤️🇻🇪. I was the happiest kid in the world back in the 90s
Hey Drew, thanks for this video. Glad you met Gabo, which I had the chance to meet on a photography workshop a few years ago. Glad you enjoyed our country. I left almost six years ago and it is impressive how things have changed. I was lucky enough for my dad to take me to every single state when I was growing up. His saying goes as: better know your country first before abroad. I'm thankful for that. Hope you can go back and document further!
Excellent video as always Drew. I have watched your videos now for over a year. This is a great journey through Venezuela. It's really awesome that you had Emmanuel to take you through the entire country and that you got to experience so much with the locals, that is what it is all about. It is crazy to think how people live there on $1 USD a month, especially considering many of the things you purchased were about 1-2 each. It seems like the vast majority of people in Venezuela are naturally born-entrepreneurs. When you purchased those glasses for $5 off that guy, that may have been his first sale the entire week. Thanks for sharing.
Wow just wow what a beautiful video!!! I can’t remember the last time I watched a video this long all the way to the end! Great job 👏 I can’t wait to experience this for myself
Thank you, Drew. Like many others, I probably would never get the chance to visit these places in my lifetime. But thanks for sharing with us the next best thing. You didn't just publish a video; you shared beautiful stories about life in Venezuela.

are you ready to see the beauty's of venezuela....... i already did... the most beautyfull of venezuela are the people.... so warm so welcome...... best trip of my life.... no second thoughts
Venezuela looks beautiful Drew. I've always had a desire of going there. I just love the name Venezuela. And from the food to the land and people, everything looks wonderful. Love Venezuela! 🇻🇪 🇻🇪 🇻🇪

@@melimel2990 oh nice! Well your country Venezuela is beautiful 😊
@@phoenix2.020 Thank you. I will go back one day.
I was born and raised in Aruba and I feel really bad for everything that happened to the people in Venezuela Hopefully everything will get better. ❤
Hi Drew.
This is Kenath from Srilanka. I watched your Sri Lankan episode but it not covers much. I hope you will come back here and do a full documentry. We're in our the worst crisis of the history of our country.
I watched all of your videos in this channel and let me know when you're here I would love to show you around.
Can't wait to see you man. Good Luck
Loved this…grew up in the neighbouring island of Trinidad 🇹🇹 and loved seeing the outline of Venezuela from our coasts. Hoping to visit soon and learn about where my great grandparents migrated from. 😊
You’re literally living my dream life, traveling and documenting people in that natural state. Thanks for giving the example. This is like Anthony Bourdain 2.0.
Amazing work Drew.
WAHAHAHAHHA
Socialism is not a "natural state". It's a demonic disease created by evil cowards to control and leech people.
Bro I'm a Filipino proud and thank you mentioning our country Philippines...
Hoping my fellow Filipino will watch this video...
I watched a lot of documentary videos about Venezuela and yours is the latest..
I like Venezuelan beauty.. 😊
I love how whilst Drew takes us on his incredible journeys with him, he’s always showing us our humanity- that we’re more alike than not.
Once thriving countries can suddenly be barely surviving countries. It can happen to any of us.
America 🇺🇸 is going down fast
Yeah America is going down fast and the reason is most likely fiscally liberal policies. It’s nice to be socially liberal and give everyone freedom but with economics the left leaning countries besides Norway and Sweden the world economies sucks that are socialist and communist
Exactly.
Omg, ive been waiting so long to see this video that you have been planning for so long! My family is from Venezuela and I have unfortunately haven;t been back since I was 8 years old (I am 18 now) and all my family has had to emigrate. I can't wait to keep watching this video, and thank you so much for documenting the place I call my second home!
Congratulations you have been selected for my give Dm to claim your prizes 🎉.🎉🎉🎉🎉
This is beautiful, Drew Binsky. I hope things get easier for the Venezuelan people.
me tooo!
@@drewbinsky then why pay poor people with bolivars for there hard work?
Recomentados.
Emmanuel was an absolutely amazing guide! An awesome friend to have in Venezuela :) this was an amazing documentary. I felt like I was there too
Been there and I loved that country the Beauty is breath taking and people are amazing , may God bless Venezuela with prosperity .❤️✊🇮🇷
Omg I'm in minut 2.34 and my cryinggggg! I know this is gonna be AWESOME! And realistic! Thank you drew from a Venezuelan girl living en California ❤️
I've been there ,to the German town, it was a tourist attraction back then.
I've been watching a lot of your old videos and I honestly believe this is the best one I've seen of yours yet.
So many beautiful places in Venezuela, so many seaside, lovely.
He was the best guide I seen so far..so knowledgeable about Venezuela..make you feel like you are there..I been hooked on this channel and subscribed because these are places and travel I always wanted to do..
That place is so cool with people talking like folks in zamboanga and cagayan valley in the philippines. Had to go back to your past vids. Awesome stuff👍
Never thought I'd watch a 2 hour youtube video and yet here I am, completely enamored by this whole endeavor. Beautiful country. Resilient people. You're the goat Drew
Marathon video Drew, Truely enjoyed.
hope the country recovers from the economic collapse soon.
I wondered how your channel would go now that you've visited every single country on this planet. This concept was well put together and very insightful. Glad to know you'll be around still; well after you've achieved your life goal.
Congratulations you have been selected for my give Dm to claim your prizes 🎉.
I loved this series so much and this full length is awesome as well. Lived in Venezuela in 1998 and it’s amazing to see what has changes and what is still the same. I miss those beaches. ❤
Congratulations you have been selected for my give Dm to claim your prizes
Man! I really want to go to Venezuela one day. Looks like such a beautiful place to visit. I wish things can change for the better very quickly for the people, they deserve it.
Wow, Drew! Haven't watched it yet, but looking at the length, I respect you even more! Keep on the good work man!
I couldn't see anyone better doing these documentary's better you are amazing the way you connect with people and places..
I am Filipino-American and I love Latin America. Recently visited Ecuador for more than 2 weeks. I love your Venezuela episode. I love how authentic your video especially describing and communing with locals:) Please keep doing great videos. My dream to visit Salto Angel one day.
Greetings from Seattle, Washington
This has been fantastic.
I'm not even halfway into the video & it's already been the best I've ever seen about Venezuela.
ehh you are over exaggerating about america. its not that bad, just depend on what state you live in. red states are booming and just doing fine.
@@DanRustle Was that comment meant to be for me?
Congratulations you have been selected for my give Dm to claim your prizes 🎉.🎉🎉🎉🎉
As a Venezuelan it was amazing to watch this beautiful appreciation of my country. I think Drew got near to knowing the fiber of the Venezuelan reality. Next time he should go to the Amazon jungle on the border with Brazil, it's crazy.
Congratulations you have been selected for my give Dm to claim your prizes 🎉.
Wow. Just found you inadvertently at the end of another video and I'm blown away. It's 5am and I haven't been to sleep yet but have to watch this video
Gold content Drew! This is on my to-do for next year! 🇻🇪
Congratulations you have been selected for my give Dm to claim your prizes 🎉.🎉🎉🎉🎉
Este es el más completo reportaje que e visto en mi vidad y e visto muchos y viajado mucho , the best report I have ever seen👏👏👏👏
Drew i have followed you for years...THANK YOU FOR TRAVEL AND SHOW MY COUNTRY VENEZUELA !
I have been binge watching your vids all morning while working remotely.. I gotta tell you I didn't want this video to end it was so good.. Thank you. I feel as if I took this trip with you guys.. Amazing content.
Thank you so much for this video as it was so educational and engaging. I have never watched a video for two hours. Your tour guide was awesome. Amazing to see how happy those folks are despite having so little. That beach was exceptional. Thanks for sharing.😎
Thank you!!
Love her rap! I. I mean I loved seeing what is going on, and saw the loving, giving in her preparation of food. But to hear her rap...... I felt privileged!!! Awesome strength!!! 🙏💪💜
Thank you for compiling your Venezuelan vids. Watched some of the individual episodes last and early this year.
My dad originated from Maracay, Vnzl. I'm living in the Philippines, my mom's country, for several years now💜
I think not having money by itself makes kind.
Such a beautiful people, such a beautiful country and such a beautiful lifestyle ❤️ 🏆🙌👍👏
Venezuela looks very lovely, Drew☺️! Hope things get better there.
Congratulations you have been selected for my give Dm to claim your prizes 🎉.🎉🎉🎉🎉
It won't. Not while narcosocialists are in power, as they keep the populace miserable on purpose, so they don't have enough power to revolt.
¡Gracias!
Wow you just hit the root of happiness, health, shelter , and food, and friends that care, also family, and contentment, The rest is not important.
Except a LOT of people don’t have even that
Wow just wow what a beautiful video!!!
One thing I love about your videos is how beautiful the people are of theses countries. Here in the west we see so many covered in cosmetics that it is great to see the natural beauty in people.
Caracas is huge....I love the food...the music and the people.
I really love you and I’m an addicted to your videaos! My daughter mentioned you to me 3 days ago and I watched like 20 videos in 2 days ! Love it and lots of love from the Netherlands ( can’t stop watching every country 😊)
Drew, loved this type of video! Keep it up and keep making documentaries!!
Thanks!
Thank you for sharing the beauty of Venezuela
Emmanuel is incredible, also hes beautiful. hes alotta fun too. we love him. I pray he lives a good life
Hello from Naples, Florida. Wow, can't believe what you went through for a visa. We enjoyed watching. Thank you so much for sharing this part of the world with us. 💯
Congratulations you have been selected for my give Dm to claim your prizes 🎉.🎉🎉🎉🎉
Most beautiful people in the world, Venezuelans. Love from the Philippines.
I LOVE the long videos please do them more often
Venezuela is a beautiful country, it has many natural resources, but above all it has kind and loving people and that is what makes it a great country and I know that it will once again be the economic power of South America.
Drew is a brave man.
Exploring Venezuela needs courage. Keep going bro. 👍🏻👍🏻
Sooo true
