For this drawing of a City in Two Point Perspective for beginners I used a 4B pencil and some black pens. The drawing took me about 2 hours and it is my 200th TH-cam How to Draw video for my channel, Circle Line Art School.

In my high school art class, my teacher said that if you can't figure out perspective right away, it'll come to you almost overnight. Just in watching a few of the videos in which you draw a city like this one, it's like a light has switched on in my brain and I can finally understand perspective and how it all works. Some people say that it takes observing the world around you to really understand it, and some people say that it takes a really in-depth and technical explanation of it. Now, I can start making attempts at drawings like this one and actually come out with a product that makes sense and it's thanks to you!

im doing this for my art class and i love drawing, i draw some stuff really well, but perspective! I was never good at. I tried learning with my teacher but I couldn't grasp it. But this tutorial, trying it at home really really helped! My first attempt after your tutorial is AWESOME, even with a variation to it. I love it. This is one of the best tutorials i've ever used...the only i think but still! Thank you for your content!!

This is actually two 1-perspectives in one drawing and not actually 2-point perspective. This drawing is almost like a city with a mirror on the other side. But it is stil a wonderful drawing! It is different and cool.
