Don't do the roll in old school SF2. If you get caught in the middle of the move, you take 3x damage. There are a couple of other moves that have the same flaw.
10:50 Sagat's uppercut for example - if you catch him in the middle of the move, you do 3x damage to him. Check it out. I think the same is true for Bison's torpedo charge.
Spot on. If your mastered it like how i have learning from the best, every characters strengths and weaknesses. Guile is far the best. Some characters do get close if they are expert but not when Guile controls the game. Reset the machine, Statue mode, Pause opponent mode, forward and reverse invisible throws. Ive chained 24 throws on the car smashing bonus round. If you play the system defensive crouch, you can throw sonic booms all game till health is out and follow with reverse fist or low mid kick if they try a fireball. If they jump you can somersault or invisible throws and its game over, chain 4 or 5 and opp can do nothing.
@@ag430634 closest person to ever beating a pro Guile player is Ken. Guile is unbeatable. He has a system which counters everyone, keeps them away, if you come close you get thrown away with no contact.
