As I doctor, I started investing in the stock market because of dividends. What matters, in my opinion, is that if you invest and earn more money in addition to dividends, you will be able to live off of dividends without selling. It implies that you can pass that on to your children, giving them a head start in life. I've invested over $600k in dividend stocks over the years; I continue to buy more today and will continue to do so until the price lowers even further.
It's always inspiring to hear from a veteran doctor and investor who has weathered the storm and come out on top. When your portfolio turns from green to red, it might be unsettling, but if you have invested in great companies, you should just keep adding to them and stick with your plan.

What's a good website for medical transcriptionist?
What about just working overtime? You know what your doing and it seems to be almost always available. Most nurses on my unit don't do it, yet in house registry allows me double time.

Thank you for watching! Well, what I've done through word of mouth. Networking and just using your personal connections would be the first thing that I would do if you're trying to avoid a 3rd party. You could always reach out to Doctor's offices for referrals!

She has to register as a business. She them contact Insurance Company and hospital case managers for clients

It's difficult to do it on your own. It's not a secure way to work. I've done it for 30 years

Clinical instructors don't get paid much, unfortunately. Well less than the bedside, by about $20+/ hr. You're also greatly limiting on the number hours allowed.
