I am not required to report to a medical director as I simply work for a church friends family. I have one client and that it is! As far as business structure, are you looking for how I came up with the amount I charge?

I am currently looking into private duty nursing as I’m a mom needing to be mostly home with my children. What are the legal process to start.
You can apply for personal liability insurance and I would start looking into that! I personally do not have it but my mom who worked as a private duty nurse did have it.
