Anyone else notice that Pyrrha was smiling when Jaune didn't recognise her for the famous stuff? Except the cereal.
That's the biggest reason why Pyrrha liked Jaune so much. She explains most people put her on a pedestal and either approach her to catapult themselves with her greatness or just completely let her out cuz people feel jelaous and so overshadowed by her. While Jaune didn't even knew who she was and couldn't with care less about her or her achievements when they first met. She tells him he was the first one to see her as just herself instead of a trophy or some kind of goddess like Weiss did.
Like Pyrrha said, everyone adored and placed her on a pedestal. Everyone had the highest expectations of her and treated her like a living monument, imagine having that constant pressure without a social and emotional support from peers. Being treated like a normal girl must have been a massive relief for her.
Did anyone notice that Cardin got shorter after Jaune saved him?
Sadly, Pyrrha was killed and Pumpkin Pete's Cereal went defunct. The fate of Pumpkin Pete's Cereal is that Cinder killed Pyrrha.
I'm late, but yes! It's part of her personality - she longs for a stable relationship, but her status as a renowned warrior and mascot made that very hard. Jaune didn't know Pyrrha at all when they met, and that meant a lot to her the longer they knew each other.

@Angel Vollant You pick up on SO much more, it's great what you pick up with each fresh viewing. Lots and lots about Qrow and Raven being birds, once you know it's so obvious on the second watch. My own personal favourite is Qrow getting hammered by Ruby when falling towards the Emerald forest "Birdie, no!" followed by when we first properly meet him fighting Winter. "Did you miss me? DID YOU MISS ME?!" says Ruby. Qrow thinks back to that initiation day.... "Nope!" You can't tell me that wasn't at least partially intentional.

Pyrrha was also my favorite character too. I still can't believe she's gone.
Illusive Man a part of me feels that she isn't dead cause of the way she died. We don't know how Ozpin died but we know nothing was found besides his cane like Pyrrha only here crown remained nothing else so maybe they died the same way, if that is the case then maybe she could be like what happened to Ozpin in volume 4.
You sound just like me. I tried coming up with all these theories and thoughts with ways Pyrrha could come back. I had some really good ones that made sense too. I really, really wish that she can come back, like how you said with Ozpin. It would be the biggest plot twist ever if Pyrrha did come back like how Ozpid did.
Jedi Archives Most people say it would make more sense if she didn't come back. That's she's dead and never coming back. I thought about her coming back as a grip, but I prefer that she didn't. It's like the famous quote from Batman, "You either die a hero or live long enough to see yourself become the villain" and I don't want to see her as a villain, because what if she can't be saved and she dies again.. I don't want to see that again. I can't. I guess we'll find out in the up coming volumes if she does come back or not.

imagine a girl who complements you every day just because, but you like some other girl, and the girl who complements you is at the top of her class with everything she does, but you don't notice her, at all... then you end up being the leader of a team with the girl that tells you that you are awesome everyday, plus when things got so rough your whole team also got your back. Now, the girl who complements you has to leave the team forever and cant say why. she cant even look you in the eyes, you run up to her and ask her what is this all about? she locks eye contact with you for a solid minute, sobbing. she then grasps you very hard, and kisses you for sometime. when you open your eyes guess what, she is gone forever.

The fact that Yang says "Some girl is in trouble" just re-confirms Jaune's girl-ish scream.
I miss Pyrrha... her kindness, her fighting style. I wish they could bring her back for one final fight at the series finale. Maybe a temporary resurrection by the god of light to fight Salem, and a chance for Jaune to say goodbye

It would make sense considering how Tyrian thought Juane was interesting even though his target was Ruby and he looked right into Juane's eyes when the comment was said. Remember that Pyrrha shared some of her aura with Juane during Volume 1. It also brings to mind Pyrrha's last words about destiny. It seemed off considering her situation-facing death by Cinder.
Well we don't know what his full semblance is yet so maybe Tyrian saw something in Jaune that would be helpful for them later on.

Monty giving himself a badass character who still sits in the background, but yet you discover later that Ren has about the most tragic backstory of RWBY/JNPR. That portion in Season 4 still gives me the hard chills.
I think the writers/fight choreographers forget that he can do that aura rupturing thing 😩

For anyone who has seen passed season 3, doesn't the scene where Pyrrha unlocks Jaun's aura seem intriguing?! The chant she recites might be a foreshadowing of coming events, now that I see it again.

A bit late, but I believe she knew what Jaun's semblance was through her unlocking of his aura. But she wanted him to unlock it himself so he would KNOW how to use it. Definitely a lot happened there that wasn't at the surface.
We can only hope. Remnant is abound with secrets.

Basically, he can transfer his aura to boost that of others, or supercharge their semblances. Can be used to refresh his own aura to some extent as well, and it is shown to dramatically boost peoples' aura self-healing. Is then later made out to directly strengthen the soul. Honestly he should be far more powerful than he is, given that his aura pool is implied to be as large, relatively speaking, as Naruto's chakra pool.

Man, the animation has improved so much, volume 1's animation was awful at points, just a lot of unneccesary motion that makes the scenes look awkward.

I miss her. She was my girl. (aka my favorite) on Team JNPR. I was planning of finally cosplaying her. Even working in the time to impersonate her voice. But I love her attitude and everything about her. She will be missed.
