Welcome to another episode of the OMG-I'M-IN-A-CHORUS-AND-DON'T-EVEN-KNEW-ABOUT-IT-Show. This time its another Gumi-English song. ECHO by CirCrushP. I really love her voice, so ofc she gets a solo. This song is an example of why I love to make choruses. It allows you to add every nice part of different covers to make a unique and cool sounding new version. I love all your adlibs, guys. So now eeeh... if anyone would like to inform the lucky ones about being forced into the chorus, that would be nice ;)
Btw I kinda noticed there are 2 choruses already. But weeeeh its not overused until I've put my hands on it... ehehehe....

Dariuski Udongein Hah, its the best I could do without cooperation. Ripping off vocals from covers is fun as long as it works (I know some tricks). Some are harder to extract, some less, and yours was quite easy to get isolated (probably because you didnt change the off vocal much).
Even tho I will greatly accept your offer aaaand start with that crystalline cover of yours, for future business ;)

Seiryuudo you need to make a huge TH-cam + Ninco Ninco Douga + Vocaloid + Disney Junior chorus in 100% English
The original is undoubtedly amazing, and each cover is equally as impressive and amazing
But when all together, especially with talented editing such as what Seiryuudo did, it brings out a incredible, new flavor where all the blanks are filled in fun and creative ways, the harmonies bring an additional spice, and the additional bits of music from some covers make it all more interesting.
This is better than the original. It is unbelievably good.

Why did I not find this sooner!? No offense to Crusher and Circus, but this is actually better than the original.
The original is the base to build on. After that, every cover artist put something of themselves into the song. And in the end, I'm using all of these soul infused covers and merge them into a chorus full of love!

This is my favourite Chorus video. It has so many awesome elements and reasons to sound so good that it's almost perfect! *Almost!*
After listening to all the creators and their single performance myself I came to the conclusion that there were some minor tweaks that could have pushed this masterpiece to true perfection (ofc only in my opinion, it would be boring if nobody had something to say about it P:)
In general there are some moments for Araki where he could have either appeared or missed, but tbh since he's such a fundamental part of this chorus already I understand that you don't want to overdo it with him.
Another scene that bugged me in particular was the start at 2:22.
While I think it's a very nice way to begin the new part of the song with a GUMI solo, after listening to Ryoko's version singled out I think you cut away her very best moment in the arrangement. That first "I'm gonna burn my house down [...]" has such much power and character in its voice that what comes after almost seems lacking and generic (it's still great, I just want to highlight how great I think the smallest nuances in her first line are), so while I loved that cut originally I'm now kinda sad that her time to shine is missing. Could have been a good short solo part instead of GUMI's, but whatever^^
But in general I love the way this plays out. You literally have lead singers, flavors, character and nuances, and a chorus.
Araki brings that energy that makes you want to bang your head and scream in every place where it fits. Mes and Evo+ had in my opinions very boring performances in their own songtakes, but you picked out excactly the perfect parts to show how they can work in a mix like this. Both of them (and Ryoko to an extend) delivered the voiceover parts and special effects for the time duration from about 1:10 to 2:10, which usually was one of the most boring parts of the song for me because just literally nothing happened. But Evo+'s sound effects, Ryoko's one-liners and Mes' improvisations, which all sounded very weird alone, combine into a really pleasent result that's supported, or probably even *enabled* by the rockieness of Araki's Background music / guitar.
And while these 3-4 people bring in the specific flavor and make the arrangement to what it now is, and make it stand out so much, you on the other hand have the "chorus" part consisting of the last 4 members. These didn't have anything in particular to showcase but were just solid covers. I don't mean this in a negative way either, I think it's very important to have a foundation to establish how your song "normally sounds like" so that the little things like Arakis screams stand out even more (in his solo version it was just like "oh, another scream, cool." but nothing special, unlike here). People may disagree with me, but I personally didn't hear much in the other versions that made me think "this must be the lead voice", there were only solid covers that work together harmonically, and I think this is a very very important part of the end result. With just 4 lead singers that fight about the spotlight it'd be hard to just "feel" the combination. Can't plant your plants without proper soil amirite?
So yeah. Brilliant NND Chorus video. Absolutely genius, I've been listening to this for years now but just recently tried out the individuals. And the little criticisms aside I'm very impressed by your ability to (almost) perfectly encapsulate what made each version so special!

This is one of the only NicoNicoChorus...es that I have actually enjoyed. So many have random screeching or rapping, but even the additions that were made in this one stayed true to the song and its general feel. This pleases me.
