AutoVlog im still own my 2015 ford fusion titanium with 79k miles fully moded and my car has never left me stranded or broke down or even worse the motor blown that's why never get rid of your fusion they are reliable has longest you take cared of it the car would take cared of you autovlog

I hope you didn't purchase it. You could've gotten an older model with the same features for less than half the price. Yes, the milage would've been high, but milage doesn't always determine the cars performance or maintenance.

How are you Mike? I bought the Fusion Sport even though you said you would not. Honestly I believe you would really like the Sport. If you don't lean on it; it will get 19 to 20 mpg in city and 32 mpg on highway (68 mph). It is SNEAKY fast especially after you get get a few thousand miles on it. If I could I would let you try mine a while. It would also make it easier to be away from your Mercedes.

Fusions are definitely great cars. I have a 2011 Ford Fusion S that I’ve had since 2013 and I have yet to have a problem with it.
That’s awesome to hear I have a 2017 Fusion SE & honestly the one thing that has broke was the shifter cable bushing and one of the blend door motors that was replaced under warranty but other than that it’s been a great car. Hopefully when I need another engine I may end up swapping my 2.5 L to the 2.0 eco boost 😎

the body of the car is stylish and nice but the engine.... oh god the engine....
I have the 2.0l turbo. i believe carbon deposits keep destroying the pistons. and i'm not talking about a simple ring replacement im talking about chunks of the piston shearing off.
at least on the first one. I have yet to look at the second, both happened on Cylinder #3
my 2003 Taurus was more reliable. although rusted badly.

if the fusion has been so reliable, either buy it after the lease if possible or lease another new fusion. i am a chevy guy and i say dont get a chevy car. im not so sure about a dodge but if you want something different than a fusion maybe try a charger

I agree - we have 3. A 2000, a 2005 and a 2015. LOVE all of them- best cars on the road. NO problems at all. LOVE the Ford Taurus!

I ❤️ my 2017 Ford Fusion SE. I’ve had ZERO problems with it also, just had to replace the front brakes earlier this year which the dealer gave me a great price. I got a great deal on the car and I love my color. It’s blue. It’s an SE EcoBoost that’s spectacular on gas. I fill up maybe once a week with these high ass gas ⛽️ prices in Southern California. It drives well, so smooth and I bought it because my Uncle approved!

We had a 2009 Flex, it was awesome. Comfortable on long trips and plenty of power for its size. And the best thing with kids, it was not a minivan.

My mom owned a 2010 FWD NA Flex from 26,000 - 98,000 km's only issues were tires and brakes (normal wear and tear items). That was a great vehicle, it was 'maroon' on the outside with a white roof (and of course the panoramic 'moon roof'). Super comfortable, amazing interior (the fake wood actually looked good), and the nice square buttons inside, not to mention the power was there (even though it was not the eco boost).
Anyways she "upgraded" to a 2013 AWD NA Flex. It is awful, it has a terrible touch screen, the dash with the very nice analog gauges was replaced with a digital dash straight out of the Ford Focus, and the all plastic inside looks awful. It is black on the outside (with a black roof) doesn't look terrible just gets very dirty. It has the 20" rims which look sweet, but eat through tires which are really really expensive to replace [low profile tires] ($1300 for 4 tires). Not to mention it does not feel nearly as powerful (40% less powerful) which is probably because of the AWD.
Moral of the story if you are going down the Flex path they are awesome reliable vehicles and I recommend looking into the 2010 ones! They are very hard to find used though because as the ford dealer said everybody loves their flex and does not want to sell them. Also most of the used ones on the lot are low mileage because they were rental vehicles (which both of our flex's were) has not been an issue just something to look into.

The X Class does not compete against the F150.
It competes against the Ranger, Hilux, Navara ect.

Front wheel drive and 235 width tires. It wouldn't be too bad, would it? I don't know I've never driven in snow, and you can only be so good off-road in a sedan .But I know looks are subjective, but I think the new accord looks amazing! But just test drive the thing, the handling is light and nimble and very communicative and suspension in touring trim is just about perfect

I've owned a 2016 Fusion SE for about four weeks. So far I am very pleased. It is about my 16th car so I have experienced a number of others to compare to. I was a Honda guy for a long time. Had three Accords and three Civics. This Fusion feels like a cross between the two. Roomier than the Civic and more responsive handling than the Accords.Since I didn't want to spend the money for the top of the line Fusion , I miss the leather and other luxury items of my Lincoln and two Sterlings. The front seats support almost as well as the seats in my Volvo. The interior is well layed out but looks a little cheap. The hard plastic gets scratched easily. My 17 year old Lincoln showed very little wear after 120,000 miles. Only time will tell how reliable it is or isn't. I'm getting about 20-22 MPG around town but I just get in and go. I do not idle much. On the Highway I get about 32.

You said you weren't all that happy about the Fusion Sport's performance, but remembering back to your older videos, I noticed you did like the Lincoln MKZ you test drove. It's something you could consider, especially since it's just an all around upgrade to the Fusion you like so much.

I do get u man .. i used to own a holden hsv and i loved it for how much fun i used to have in it but it broke down all the time and eventually i had to sell it as im a college student and i need something a bit more reliable , so i got a 2015 nissan altima v6 and im just amazed by how reliable it is even though im a heavy foot guy and actually the v6 pulls really hard .. no regrets in selling the holden and getting the altima 👍🏻

Exactly, HSV non-superchared has the best hardcore V8 noise. However, there's no more cars in OZ market that has fantastic V8 noise which could be afforred by colledge students. The time that using an old HSV got hot girls had gone.

Hey Mike, Ford has come a long way, my wife has a 2016 Escape, its been bullet proof and the 2.0 ecoboost is surprisingly fun, thats coming from a BMW guy. Love your C63s,! Replacing your Fusion is no easy task, specially if you want something sporty with practicality and awd. Fusion sport comes to mind, but also for that price and Audi, BMW, MB comes to play..Not an easy decision!

I owned a 15 Fusion SE AWD. It was the best built Ford I've ever owned and it had quality touches such as mouldings covering the window frames on the interior (on most affordable cars you can see body paint on the frames from the interior) and underbody cladding for sound abatement that you only see on high end cars. I'd definitely buy another so maybe Mike will as well!

I LOVE my 2017 Sonata 2.0T Ultimate. However if the new V6 Camry was released before I bought mine, I would have probably gotten the Camry instead. So i'd recommend either of those to replace your Fusion. :)

First video of you I ever saw. Why can't you "obviously not drive the Mercedes in winter"? Have you been to Souther Germany (where it comes from) in winter? They have lots of snow and everything. A Mercedes is ully capable of handling bad weather.

I was less than impressed with the overall quality of my 15 Ford Mustang and it turned me off to Ford. Plus the service I got from the dealer was also mediocre. That car got totaled and I bought a Korean one. Sorry Ford. You gotta step up the quality. I drove a '12 Fusion as a rental for a few hundred miles (back in 2013) and it seemed pretty cool. I'm not completely sold on the new body style though. Maybe it has better quality because its made in Mexico, I don't know.

I think you should replace the Fusion with either a 2018 Toyota Camry XSE, Ford Fusion Sport, or the Genesis G80 Sport. Just my opinion, but the ultimate desicion is of course up to you. 😊 Awesome videos btw!

I think you should get a Volvo S90. Volvo are no longer boxy boring things and have actually been pretty cool from the S80 onwards, also it would deal with bad winters very well. Perhaps get it in 'R-Design' trim, also a car symbolic to your homeland too. You can also get it in all wheel drive.

Audi A6 quattro is a great choice for a daily family car. If you want to Mercedes-out your garage get a Mercedes E class 4matic. SUV replacement could be a GLC..

One of my bestfriends own a 2014 Fusion SE with a stick. I wanted one at one point. before I got my current car I was trying to buy a titanium one that was at the same dealership I bought my current car from but I didn't get approved for it. That's one thing I do like about fords the tech and that's what I want my next car to have a lot of tech.
I sold my 2013 ford focus... worst transmission ever i had. I buy 2017 accord. Dont buy American brand... all garbage..
