- Good ‘ole Volkswagen cracked it out the park haven’t they. Solid, good value, and so many options on the table for 30k. I am looking forward to trying out the T-Roc R.

I work for VW finance and can honestly say these are INCREDIBLY common and incredibly great value for money although the second hand car market right now is WILDD so there is allot of settlements on these with people selling on to gain equity 👌🏻👏🏻. Very good car

Coming to the end of our current PCP on our T-ROC. Ordered a new R-Line two weeks ago. We were told we’d be looking at about 20 weeks. Got a fantastic px price which the dealer has guaranteed for us. Great car. Can’t wait to get the new one.

Hi Becky. Happy to see the news that over 1 million Trocs sold since launch at 2017. I m from india i own one 1.5 TSI DSG.🌩. I m VW fan. started with my first new car a VW polo in 2012 (3 cyl petrol), then four years later i switched to a 1.5 TDI Polo manual, then owned a used Jetta 2.0 DSG and now the new T-ROC since 2020 . Its very unique for india since VW imported them about just 1000 Trocs per year !!
Great video as always thank you Becky. I love VW - they’re always a known quantity, solid & dependable - and over the years we’ve had Golfs, Polos, an Up! and most recently a Touran for my daughter who’s had triplets. All have been great cars and done exactly what you’d expect. Including keep me alive when I rolled one. Ahem. The T-Roc looks a great little car.
But I’m still looking at £34k for that and thinking ‘ouch’. When you reviewed the A1 I said old Golf & BMW S1000RR as an alternative package. This time I’m going for a used Fiesta ST and Panigale.

I totally get where you are coming from - to be honest these days when you look at the actual price of things it seems ridiculous. You can get so much for 30k that it seems pointless spending it all in one pop - but look we are picky and have the bug for cars 🙈
If I was an average person looking for a sweet car, small reliable SUV which has great warranty, brand new reg and about 300 quid a month. This would be ideal 👌

I a bought T-cross the 1000cc one 115 bhp not a bad think it's the first newest car I have ever bought it was 14 mouth old 3,400 on the clock and its not bad at all old fella now to much tech lol its an SE version what ever that means so back to my motor bike a triumph 900 street twin

Older Tiguan is better value for money. These seem to be produced cheaper than the golf and sold at a higher cost!
Can never shake the fact that it's just a golf on stilts so the golf is going to ride better, use less fuel and look better so why bother
Low-key I'd still take the T-roc over the golf cause it comes with a real gear knob

Completely agree. Like every other damn crossover out there, you're paying way more for a car that is worse, subjectively and objectively in every possible way over a conventional hatchback, saloon or estate car. These are a triumph of marketing over substance
This sells better. Vw build what sells. Nothing else matter

The T-Roc is the second best selling subcompact crossover in Europe after the Peugeot 2008.
I think if I was going down the crossover route, i[d be having the Pug.
@@wakko0hakko I would have the T-Roc cos the T-Roc has three AWD options. The Peugeot has none.

Yes! Fully electric and super comfy.
Ngl love Vw but much rather grab a GLA about 5 grand more for AMG 220d 4matic just abit more comfy and premium interior just as high quality also come in 1.5 diesel which are bulletproof

Maybe I should try one of these instead as my Tiguan is fairly disappointing. Poor fuel consumption, sat nav all over the place and 1 litre of oil per 2k miles. Not my usual VW experience......

My dad and I were out testing the T-Roc. It was a horrible car to drive and it was nothing for those who are tall, I am 190 cm tall and my dad is 185 cm. Then oh my god what a bad GPS it had, we were driving by road and according to GPS we were out in the woods driving. No road was marked on GPS. It surprised us as there is a lot of traffic on that road. The rear view camera was also unheard of, it was better to look in the rearview mirrors than in the rear view camera. In my city there is only one who drives a T-Roc and that is the car salesman. My city has 23,000 inhabitants. While the Touareg and Tiguan are many more.
