In the latest clip, Omar Gooding spoke about the passing of John Singleton and described his final interactions with the late filmmaker. The actor explained that he wasn't very close with the "Baby Boy" cast besides costar Angell Conway, who became his real-life girlfriend. Omar claimed his focus was performing well in his role and didn't take the time to establish relationships with his costars. Despite not being close with John Singleton, he described their subsequent interactions as friendly and spoke about him and his brother, Cuba Gooding Jr., receiving their first big breaks from the director. - บันเทิง

But then I realized I'm the exact same way with co workers. Dude I only know you because we work here. Other than that we don't have shit in common. Especially the single and/or married female co workers looking for a 'work husband'. I agree with you fully, we're cool at work. Let that be it, I don't feel a need for anything else.

Even if you and the coworker have nothing in common outside of work, that coworker may know someone who knows someone that you may have something in common or can relate to outside of work with whom you can do activities, whether it’s just sitting at home and watching movies together or eating food together.

He sounds like an extraverted introvert.. he’s fun and energetic when it comes to working on the set but outside of that he really just likes to keep to himself. I know a lot of people including myself that are like that. Nothing wrong with it, sometimes you just want to fuck with people to a certain extent, but you need some time to be by yourself after a certain amount of time

Tyrese understood the assignment with building a relationship with John. John Singleton ended up putting Tyrese in 2 Fast 2 Furious which still has him collecting millions and that got him in 3 Transformers films. Even put Taraji in Hustle N Flow which made her a superstar

What y’all are missing is that you shouldnt try using relationships to level up. That’s the only reason these people be trying to build which is unauthentic. Also, your coworkers are not your friends. He did the right thing. This interview shows no bitterness resentment or entitlement because he didn’t try using a relationship to level up.

The networking principle doesn’t apply here because it obviously was lucrative for Tyrese. Someone not wanting to hang out shouldn’t result in their exclusion, people have to connect on their own terms.

Basically what I got from this clip is that rubbing elbows and making connections with people will keep you in the loop and propel your career forwards now there's nothing wrong with keeping things strictly business and keeping to yourself you know the conventional method sticking to your own circle of people, however from the outside looking in one would think Tyrese is the more accomplished actor when he in fact started his career as a singer with a a few cameo roles on sitcoms like Martin and half & half etc when in reality Omar is a veteran actor who's been in the business for years but props to both brothers!!!👊🏾✊🏾💪🏾👍🏾🙏🏾👑💯

As an actress, I can totally relate. When you're cast in a production and you have a love interest- (especially theater) you're literally rehearsing loving or being loving to the person for hours a day, for weeks or months at a time. Hard not to slip and 'fall' into some real ish lol.
