    If I apply for Canadian PR, will my spouse and children get the PR automatically at the same time once my PR is approve?

      Just make sure you are still together! Of course, as long as they are your family.

      Thank you for your question, but much more we need to know and assess before legal advice is given. Please order consultation and we will request you application details to respond. It is your family - don't try to save on proper understanding and careful execution.

    Hello, can extended family members, specifically Cousins and nephews can be taken as dependents and declared the immigration (formats)as non-accompanying.

      @anyvisaimmigration  6 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      Extended family members, including siblings, are not deemed integral to the family unit for the purpose of immigration applications. Only spouses, common-law partners, and dependent children are eligible for inclusion in the Permanent Residency (PR) application, whether as accompanying or non-accompanying members. While siblings and other family members must be declared in the Family Information Forms, it is essential to recognize that they cannot be part of the immigration application and are ineligible to immigrate with the principal applicant.

      No, unless full custody is obtained, but generally specific consultation must be taken.

      Hello Raman! Of course, it is not easy, but legally possible. Working with legal advisor who knows this type of cases would defenetly benefit your application.

      You have to be in Canada to initiate this conversation with any reasonable outcome. Good luck to you!
