I love freestyle dining so much, I'll never go back to traditional. I avoid the buffet, preferring the main dining room for many meals. I love Cagneys, Teppanyaki and La Cuchina for specialty dining and like O'Sheehans and will try to get there on St Patrick's day when I'm onboard but I'm sure it will be packed.
The freestyle is great and with the app you can make a reservation from your room so you don't need to wait in line. We absolutely love Teppanyaki. We will be trying Moderna on the Gem in Oct this year.

Do Haven and Suite cabins on the Gem have a extended room service menu?
Not a specific menu increase but it’s no cost and you can also just order food from restaurants in the haven.
