      There is no way I can remember all that information by just watching one or two times. I love Dr Berg and Becker for being easy to understand and Osbourne when I need to get a really deep level of knowledge in an area. Maybe I will be able to retain more knowledge if I take some ginkgo? That's amazing about fermented foods and probiotics, amazing information 👋👍🤔

      @@jacobclark89 Use Notepad on your computer to take notes of important things as you watch a video. Keep each topic in categories, it's very simple that way. I have a page just on histamine with which foods are high and low on that list so I take a picture of it then I can take it to shop for food. There's too many facts for most of us to remember and I don't know how he even does it lol

    Thank you for this informative lecture. I've been battling EOE for the last 2 years. Im almost certain that everything you're talking about here is related to my esophagus and gut issues. I've been to allergists GI doctors they're all just putting me on more and more med but not getting to the root of the issue.

      That and kidney has DAO in it, but with cooking it might deplete some or all of it. I would use a supplement that ensures their process does not destroy it, it will be more concentrated that way anyway.

    I am so glad you're doing this topic, I have Lgut/ibs with chronic fatigue plus after hearing about histamine -mast cell, I think it's what caused my sinus pressure to build and got tinnitus about 2 months ago. Thankfully it's not loud but this is all a shock to me. I've hardly ever been sick or had any health probs before. I'll start on this in the morning.

    I have a question. Re; Gluten. Does running a lawnmower, cutting lawn grasses release various Glutens like grains?

    • @ssadelaidian3811
      @ssadelaidian3811 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      I'd be more worried about the petrol fumes from the lawnmower. I'm very sensitive to foods with glutens, high histamines and oxalates - the symptoms are many. But, chemical smells are also problematic. For years I would mow the lawns and the following day wake with a headache which often morphed into a migraine by the evening. I changed to a battery mower and whipper snipper and that cycle of headaches/migraines ceased. I still have to avoid glutens and various other foods but also fragrances and chemical smells in cleaning products and even some flowers in full bloom such as jasmine.

      this is a very ambiguous definition -- you need to get to the ROOT cause -- such as dental infections from strep mutans for example. Even staph infections and many GI infections INVOKE a mast cell reaction to fight them off. MAST CELLS BEING ACTIVATED is normal with pathogens. Sometimes mast cell membranes are too fragile too, due to zinc deficiency. Also --we need COPPER , B6 and vitamin C for DAO enzyme. A big German lab said copper is at the core of the DAO enzyme. Copper deficiency is common in those who have repeat infections , gastric bypass, celiac and GI inflammation . Copper absorption declines after antibiotics use. Get a copper panel to find out if our copper is low or even borderline. The panel includes copper serum, zinc plasma and ceruloplasm . And -- you need plenty of PROTEIN to make ceruloplasm. Listen to Dr Osborne when he says histamine issues are common with gut inflammation which damages the DAO enzyme
