My brother in law is on statins, I told him that he needs to take COQ10, he replied by saying his doctor would have prescribed it if he needed it. Some people trust their doctors too much. I told him his thyroid was broken last year, he has been tested recently and has been told his thyroid isn’t functioning, so is awaiting medication. Some people just don’t want to listen to anyone except their doctor, my sister is exactly the same. They do my head in, lol!
I became friends with a guy at my gym about 5 yrs ago that had a heartattack while at the airport & when he came back he told me he was on statns. I'd been taking COq10 (200mg) for years & warned him about needing to take it & he didn't want to mess up or undermine what the Dr. was telling him to do 🤦🏼♀

Great educational video Dr Osborne! I learned a lot. I’m 10 days in taking Ubiquinol CoQ10 at 300mg. Since being on Metoprolol, Eliquis, and Digoxin for A-Fib I look forward to the help it’ll provide. I’m hoping to provide results as I get them. I appreciated learning that having the gall bladder removed lowers absorption of CoQ10. I will also be more cognizant of the contents in my CoQ10 supplement. Thank you for the info.
Thank you so much for this info Dr, Osborne! Much appreciated. I will plan on starting CoQ10 again. 300 mg cost a lot of 💰💰💰💰😢 every day. I really can not take 300 mg a day every day, it is way to ecspensive for me and for a lot of people. Thank you dr. Osborne for this great information ❤.
Have you manage to take less carbohydrates including sugars in your diet. Pay attention to the doctor, he says you can do, is 100 mg a day. Do not have ulra-processed food. You heard of liver pate, can be done, with chicken, sheep, bulls, cow or the French favorite long living food item, beside found in Red grapes or black grape wine 🍷 but Not recommend due to the bad influence of alcohol ::: the French also do besides Frog 🐸 legs, Goose 🪿 or duck 🦆 liver pate. Add a lot of black pepper to taste and to help with your digestive tract health system. 😊😊

I haven't watched this yet but I will tonight. I have a lot of experience with coq10 it's my fav supplement. There is a lot of ppl who take this supplement daily and experience a drop in energy and mood. Down to literal depression. For those ppl, plz listen to what I"m about to say as it comes from a lot of experimenting from myself and a large group of friends/family. For best results, take 3days worth of coq10 at dinner time. Then, wait 3days and repeat. I take 600mg myself every 3 days. The first 12hours or so there's a slight dip in energy so i sleep through that. Around lunch time i notice a real boost in physical and mental energy. Like i said, my fav supplement (when taken correctly). 3 days seems to be the sweet spot. Not 2day, not 4, 3! good luck
Ubiqinol - more readily absorbed. Gall bladder surgery - u won’t absorb coq10 and other fats , consider your bile , like taking a bile supplement before eating
So which CoQ10 do we or should we take, Ubiquinine or Ubiqunol. Ubiqunine is the cheaper one and sold by almost all supliment makers, but does almost nothing. Ubiqunol is only made by a few supliment makers and is more expensive and is more effective.
