My brother in law is on statins, I told him that he needs to take COQ10, he replied by saying his doctor would have prescribed it if he needed it. Some people trust their doctors too much. I told him his thyroid was broken last year, he has been tested recently and has been told his thyroid isn’t functioning, so is awaiting medication. Some people just don’t want to listen to anyone except their doctor, my sister is exactly the same. They do my head in, lol!

I became friends with a guy at my gym about 5 yrs ago that had a heartattack while at the airport & when he came back he told me he was on statns. I'd been taking COq10 (200mg) for years & warned him about needing to take it & he didn't want to mess up or undermine what the Dr. was telling him to do 🤦🏼‍♀

@@ChasingStarz-Ou812 yeh, too much trust. I mentioned CQO10 to a friend, he said his doctor hadn’t mentioned it,but his daughter did, but he didn’t do it. When told him because he knew I’m a bit of a health type he remembered what his daughter said and said he would get some. Had to explain that it’s fat soluble and would be good if taken with D3, magnesium. Didn’t want to say K2 in case he’s on thinners.

Have you manage to take less carbohydrates including sugars in your diet. Pay attention to the doctor, he says you can do, is 100 mg a day. Do not have ulra-processed food. You heard of liver pate, can be done, with chicken, sheep, bulls, cow or the French favorite long living food item, beside found in Red grapes or black grape wine 🍷 but Not recommend due to the bad influence of alcohol ::: the French also do besides Frog 🐸 legs, Goose 🪿 or duck 🦆 liver pate. Add a lot of black pepper to taste and to help with your digestive tract health system. 😊😊

I haven't watched this yet but I will tonight. I have a lot of experience with coq10 it's my fav supplement. There is a lot of ppl who take this supplement daily and experience a drop in energy and mood. Down to literal depression. For those ppl, plz listen to what I"m about to say as it comes from a lot of experimenting from myself and a large group of friends/family. For best results, take 3days worth of coq10 at dinner time. Then, wait 3days and repeat. I take 600mg myself every 3 days. The first 12hours or so there's a slight dip in energy so i sleep through that. Around lunch time i notice a real boost in physical and mental energy. Like i said, my fav supplement (when taken correctly). 3 days seems to be the sweet spot. Not 2day, not 4, 3! good luck

Ubiqunol is only made by a few supliment makers and is more expensive and is more effective.

Hi Mr Osbourne, I have low heart EF% of 42. I increased it from 30 to 42 with 120 grams (yes its much) of almonds daily. It stayed at 30% for years after a thrombosis (jab by B&F) for 3 years. No medication helped. No change in diet (walnuts, salmon daily, only eating earthgrown single ingredient foods, cutting all sugar and processed) helped. Nothing else I tried (cold showers, breathing trainer, intermittent fasting, prolonged 72-96h waterfasting, 24-48h dry fasting)
Trust me I almost tried everything.
Except hawthorn and terminalia arjuna and annatto seeds(tocotrienols) which are on my list to do.
But then I consumed 120 gr almonds for 10 month and it raised by 12%!? Thats no coincidence. I did some research and I found high dosages of vitamin e are antifibrotic.
I found several studies on mice and also human that curcumin REVEARSED heart fibrosis. I am doing 15 grams of tumeric powder a day in golden milk. Lets see

We shall see how that goes, it's like pulling teeth to have any testing done. And you know about patients ordering testing in NYS, gotta keep us guessing on our health!
