not really.. salty parts are used to be part of other cooking ingredient like soup, sauteed vegetables, fried rice etc. Not so salty parts are for those that eat it on its own , on the spot. The thinner meat cuts are more salty usually.

It is so good in Zhuhai, Macau, Shenzhen, and HK. It is cheap and yet sooo good. Also sold in Singapore. Great for backpacking travelers. In Malaysia though, i dont get to eat pork, except in Penang.

babeloo roast pork, originally from pandan perdana market, u can get from their stalls at oug morning market too ..
I had these a few times and trust me when I say it tastes way better than any lechon I have tasted.
