Plates can soak overnight with clorox it will come out the stain make the place more cleaner..I saw in Taiwan...and in Singapore are very clean there hawker center...

Looks really nice, but I really hope he puts the Prawns and Cockles (if available) in first before the Rice Noodles so that they come out well cooked... I like my Prawns and Cockles really well done to the point that they are really rubbery and bouncy...also you don't have to worry about any bacteria or parasites infecting you... Just my thoughts you know...
Frankly, fried mass-produce cannot beat fried plate by plate. There is another char kuay teow in Penang city, the old man fry plate by plate, he is proud of his reputation as the best char kuay teow in Penang. People line up in long lines, just to taste his lee hai frying kuay teow. This man only thinks of money, not prestige.
Not char know teow ma.....this like ekonomi mee or char hor fun style....all cooked separately where got taste d......outsider may find nice...originally penang people don't wan this

师傅手法看起来不错 粿条分两次炒即方便又有锅气 不过为什么不是应该炸了猪油才炒粿条吗 怎么是炒了粿条才炸猪油咧?然后那个锅好像炒一次过后就随手刮几下就接着炒下一轮了 所以是不是吃下一盘的多少会吃到上一盘遗留在锅上的残渣…😅
