    I am a new subscriber to your channel. WOW, I needed to find your channel. I am 54, a 2-time breast cancer survivor, and I need to hear and put into practice everything you are saying. I know I will grow by just listening to your wisdom. I believe God sent me to your channel for a reason. Thank you

    I’m in my 40’s and still have small children. I love being a momma, the thing that helped me the last 2-3 years is self care. I always kept my hobbies going, with 9 children that kept me from loosing myself.
    Adding the self care has made me a better mom and wife and friend. And walking!

    I too have incorporated many of these. I would add that I’ve learned to pack my patience and stop getting so worked up about inconsequential things.

    I’ve made some big changes over the last few years…and have many more changes to go.
    A year ago I retired from working as a full time nightshift RN in Long Term Care where there was lots of palliative care work and death. I did this night rotation for 25 years. At the same time husband and I were raising a child that we took in as a new born after social services apprehended her from my sister and we agreed to take her in rather than have her placed into Foster Care. We adopted her at age 3. My extended family imploded over this. We have been shunned by them for 8 years now. It all became too much for me. My health is crap. I’m turning 60 this May. I retired from my nursing career, we moved to our beautiful acreage, we are raising our delightful autistic 9 year old daughter, started a vacation rental.
    Now…I need to regain my spiritual, physical and mental health. I’m studying stoicism and I’m putting together a day by day plan to get my health on track 😁

      You have been through so much stress. No wonder your health has suffered! I'm so happy you are making positive changes that will help you to heal and begin your new chapter in a position of strength and power and hopefully peace!!     Great video. I’m currently doing a 15k walking challenge after being inspired by your video! I have until my birthday in mid November so not much longer. Absolutely agree with protein. 1 gram of protein per pound of ideal body weight for anyone else reading this. It’s life-changing!

    I started weight training a month ago and I already feel so much stronger! I go 2x per week and walk the other days. I love skincare and would like to see a video on it. These are great tips that you shared!!

    Hey Carrie, I recently started incorporating castor oil into my skin care and I’m obsessed! I add some essential oils to the castor oil and I get so much joy in my skin care. I haven’t degenerative vision the situation going on, so I thought discovery is a little nuancd for me at this point. I may end up on the other side of blind and future so working on covering my purpose and how the creator. The universe wants me to contribute.

    I found exercise in my late 30s and thankfully this has to be my saviour when it comes to minimal menopause symptoms. Having had to start again two years ago, I'm spending the time looking after and finding my authentic self 🥰 It's been quite a journey so far, but oh so well worth it! 😃

    I have only recently learned to say "yes" to more in my 50s. 😂 I am a work from home empty-nester introvert that has always been ultra frugal. My husband is also a frugal introvert. Leaving the house other than to get groceries is an exercise in pushing at the boundaries of my comfort zone.

    I’m turning 45 next week and been struggling to lose weight for the past year. I really need to do something, ear more protein to curb my junk food eating and do some strength training.
