It’s not enough to tie “the keys” to Peter. The big RC error is equating every reference to Peter to refer to the Bishop of Rome. To them, one means the other, but there’s connectivity required between Peter as an apostle, to Peter as a bishop, to Peter as bishop of Rome, and then to every successor of Peters in that specific office. Antioch is Petrine as well. Christ never mentions Rome. Pentecost also affected all apostles. Acts shows conciliarity, and Peter doesn’t rule the roost to be very blunt about it. Peter also subsequently denied Christ after “he” received the keys. It’s clear that Christ gathered a group of men to govern the church. This doesn’t even get into the very obvious politicos context that prompted the rise in papal claims, I.e., the increased political role of the bishop of Rome was due in part to it taking on greater authority in reaction to the barbarian conquests in the West.

from Paul, teaching the Romans, lol
why is AFTER Acts, then? Why aren't the first few books of the NT letters from Popes? why not, if their teachings were infallible? why bother with any other epistles at all if your Popes were always infallible oracles? just publish them and that's that.
Yeah the first epistle after acts is the one where, in chapter 11, it warns the Roman's could be CUT OUT of the church due to their pride.
@@JayDyer no it proves Roman supremacy. It proves the Apostolic See is where the buck always stopped. ✅
