  • WORKOUT SMALL SPACE? With at home items such as a tide bottle and others you can get a home workout very easily. This full body workout will leave you tired but refreshed. Rest where you need to and double up the list if it gets too easy.
    Go through this 3 times. Rest where needed.
    1 min - squat thrusts
    1 min - High knees
    1 min - Mountain Climbers
    1 Min - X Plank
    1 Min - Sprawl
    1 Min - Reverse Lunge
    1 Min - Tricep Extension (Downy bottle)
    1 Min - Sumo Squat (Tide Bottle)
