As tragic as her origin story may be, Ripley is still a hypocrite for siding with the Briarwoods (A Wizard-Vampire couple) who proceeded to take over Whitestone much like what happened to her village.
I feel sorry Ripley lost her village and her father to the mages but I can't sympathize on how she chose to live her life and what she did the Percy and his family with the Briarwoods and I very strongly doubt that this is what her father wanted her to be a heartless psychopath,torturer and killer (she strongly believed that her guns would save the world and would help people rise against their oppressors but it would cause more harm than good and cause more oppression with the guns) and I hate her very much! And she reminds me of Belos from The owl House cuz they think their the heroes in the story but they're not they're the villains

Cool/sad backstory.......Still murder, regicide, torture, theft, condemning countless innocentish souls to a demon using cursed firearms, etc, etc.

Its ironic that with such a backstory, Ripley officially has 5 levels of wizard.

So sad she didnt listen to Percy... Man her role could be the expanded so so much...
