    I re-found the 'newer' 8 Brocades and happily did it and then, following my other comment , came to this one. What a great treat to be able to do 2 different but complemenatry versions. I am gently energised and pretty darn happy. Thanks, Nick.

    Wow! what an amazing practice in such a beautiful setting among the swaying grasses with the sunlight and a beautiful mountain vista in the distance. I've been doing your practices in the mornings for a couple months now and am really starting to feel exhileration by activating my chi. Your story about the electric healter was inspirational and encourages me even more! I love this practice along with the 6 healing sounds and all the others. I feel as though I'm coming back to my body, mind and spirit in ways I never knew existed. Thanks for sharing your gifts and making this so much fun.

    I've been doing this as a daily practice the last month or so. Your version is one of my favorite versions of it. I really like the version you do of Seperating Heaven and Earth. Have you considered doing a longer version with more repetitions of the exercises and more info on the meridians and which points to focus the mind? Again, thanks so much. Great work!!

    Myth manifests humanity's greatest truths. Myth opens our imagination in order to awaken our body, mind, soul, and spirit. Enter the Dragon that is the ancient myth of Ba Duan Jinn to play out the ancestral story and movement of thes 8 divine brocades.

    Hi Nick, I think this is the first time I practiced this one. About 1/2 way through the Qi was moving big time! That continued through to the end. Out of all the hundreds of qigong I have followed along with for some reason this one really moved the Qi more than other exercises. Is that inherent of this particular practice? If so I’ll be doing this one more! Thanks for all you do, appreciate it!
    ✌️🌞

      Wow, that is so cool! Must have been the Mountains ;)
      Not sure what I'm doing different precisely, I just do lots of different Qigong and put what seems to work for me together. Glad it works for you too! :D

  • @NapItOut
    @NapItOut 2 หลายเดือนก่อน

    I noticed you breathing out through the mouth when much of qigong is in and out through the nose. Is that a conscious choice for this set or does it matter? Just curious.

  • @sirwylrynsrealm
    @sirwylrynsrealm ปีที่แล้ว

    I use these for a warm up/cool down for other more strenuous exercises like push ups, ab wheels, squats ect. I just can't get on board with the fact that the 8 brocades can keep a man fit and healthy as a stand alone exercise program. Perhaps it's because I'm 63 and resistant to change that dont make sense 😂😂😂
