When you mention the Snapdragon X Elite, that means it is an ARM processor, so it is better to test and mention it supports maximum softwate and apps for better use.

@@BenGKaiser yes I know) also I already installed everything samsung ecosystem has on windows desktop, so there are GitHub masking software, which masks any of your PC to look like samsung galaxy book for system, so it allows you to use Samsung Notes for example. Also second screen works on any laptop, same as cloud and much more, still didn't find anything about Phone sync so, this is very comfortable to being able to call and take calls from any device. And this makes this even harder)) so maybe G16?) Display wise they are close?
Pulled the trigger tonight on GB4 Edge with the XiE 84 variation of Snapdragon. Cheapest by $300+ through the new Samsung Shop app. Was going to get through Business discount but they only offered the XiE 80 variation, so no go. Hope I don't regret only 16 RAM even though it's double my current GB 2 Pro 360 at 8 RAM which struggles with vid calls, browsers, apps running etc. Really wanted the GB4 Ultra with 32 RAM but for $1500 less, hoping Edge will be OK & it will be severely obsolete in 3 years max anyways.
Guys please remember that there are two variants of the snapdragon x elite from Samsung. Both were shown in the benchmarks but only one was covered I believe. The 3.4 variant is only 23 watts versus the 3.8 which is 80 watt. 😊 The 80 watt is much more powerful Otherwise great video!!!!!!

I haven't checked this specific scenario but I do remember when I was browsing the Samsung Canada website there were 2 different versions of the Book4 Pro which seemingly had no difference but one was way more expensive. I then found out the expensive one was identical aside from having Windows 11 Pro as opposed to Windows 11 Home. Not worth it imo. I'd save my money. I pre-ordered the Book4 Edge Pro with that 84-100 chip. Indeed I am not happy that 16GB is all that's offered but it is what it is.

Great question. Honestly, I could see them offering it once they see how consumers respond to this initial product. But if consumers don't move I doubt it'll be adapted. Only time will tell.

I notice it has eufs storage and ram at 8447 mt maybe its faster ram or it borrows ram from ssd like Apple. Clearly a different type of ram. The numbers may be higher than Josh's number since the Samsung has the highest preforming elite chip the 84 version. That version runs at higher clock speed and has a higher powered gpu.
it's hard to say as of now, I'd recommend you wait until reviews are out since both the CPU and the laptop are brand new. but still the book 4 ultra is a beast specialty with the core 9 ultra and 4070 configuration so depending on what you intend to do with it, it might be overkill.

You don't need a business account to make a purchase. You miss out on some promotions they offer with the account, but nothing major. A free mouse, and 50% off the extended warranty, when I checked.

I have owned the Galaxy book 1 pro 360 since 2021. I just ordered the Book 4 pro 360 intel 7 ultra. I know I'll love it.

I would go Samsung if you want to keep within the Eco system. But do know that the G16 will provide a 15% - 20% performance advantage.

Same here. As of this moment no.... but I'm guessing if it sells well they will most likely adapt it to a 360 model.

Honestly I would say the Pro. Its a little thicker and therefore may provide a little more durability over a longer period of time.

Personally, I'd go with the Edge Pro. Especially now with the new ARM Snapdragon chips.
