The best part is I got advertisement of adventure 390 for bookings by KTM !
For the low end trouble, You should try what Abhinav Bhatt did by changing the front sprocket to 14 tooth of the Duke 250.
You lose top end by doing that which is a bummer. Fuel X is a much better option
For low end torque, use 14 teeth front sprocket instead of stock
Hi bulu have been watching all ur videos since u booked this touring.. after inspiration I got this bike just two days back.. initial riding feeling was good but the seating height is sure a point to be addressed.. I have bought viaterra onus tank mount back and rode the bechicle to 120 close speeds the bag was too good and din wobble a bit.. jus my suggestion to you.. thank you for all your info and keep rocking buddy.. happy miles ahead

Bhai interceptor or adv 390? . Felt that interceptor engine was smoother and relaxed. But had bad experience with royal Enfield service over past four yrs with my Himalayan. Not sure about Ktm service though. What's your. Opinion/ suggestion? I am looking for a touring bike and mild offroading occasionally.

For your low end torque problem change your front sprocket to Duke 250's front sprocket. Your current sprocket is a 15tooth and the 250's is 14tooth. You may lose a bit of top end but will solve your problems.

Thanks for regularly updating viewers about bike. Low end torque is only thing I guess which is bit annoying a little. Can you try out playing around with sprocket size and give viewers if it actually makes any difference in real world.

Hey Bulu, I currently own an Interceptor 650 but isn’t enjoying the long rides due to seating discomfort over long hours on saddle. Tried touring seats as well. Is KTM 390 Adv any better? Thanks!

Bulu bhai....if i have to chose between Interceptor and 390 adventure, which one should I go for? My riding would be 50% commuting, 30%touring and 20% off-roading.
Hi still I would suggest 390, Interceptor is really bad un city heat is unbearable plus the weight in city rides is tiring.
For off roads, weight and the narrow wheels very difficult to control, little mud n u r done, u need 4-5 people to take it off.
Highway both does a fantastic Job.
But overall I feel the 390 is a no stress bike.
Is this preferable than buying a trk 502?? Pls reply!

Hi Bhai, I currently own 2018 Dom. However with extra fittings like type B crash gaurd from SM, saddle stays from Luvia with D design has increased the weight.. and some how I feel it has got the fuel economy down.. my goal is to have a machine for long rides. Could u pls throw some light?

Bhai. Due to low end torque of this bike. Will it be a problem to go uphill on high slope at initial gears? I mean the chance of stalling or do we have to rev hard on high slope on intial gears on uphill?
Please do compare with interceptor650 and Himalayan on mainly touring and city capabilities.

Bulu Bhai, how are you managing in heavy traffic and on high slope ? My height is 5'9" but while test riding i felt bit uncomfortable especially on high slope with heavy traffic.
