Just did your noise mapping and noise sculpting projects. I must admit, your workflow is great, especially the part where you use simmilar constructions and techniques (CHOP const or absTime). I did them on my machine and spent good half a day modifying them and olaying around. Amazing core projects for futher improvements and modifications!! Love your work❤
I might be high but these tutorials are pretty psychedelic 😆 Something about the ambient music mixed with the following along a logical creative process like this. Very mindful experience!👍
For some reason at 4:02 when I preview the bg top, mine isn't a solid black, you can see the geometry. Same thing for when you make the background grey, not sure why
i think whats happening is that the uniform scale that changes the size of the rectangle sop has a value that is too low, try increasing it and lemme know if that works!
Thx for this, very helpful. Why do u have 2 noise tops? I understand it provides more structure, but as a concept is there something I need to understand here. Looking forward to finishing ur noise scultping series. Thanks again.
You are correct! its just to add more structure and more control over how the entire thing looks. I'd recommend playing around with the parameters of the 2 noise tops (period, harmonics, exponent, etc) and see how it looks like! also makes a difference with animation (absTime) if you want a layered movement.
Neat! Didn't realize the new bloom was an actual TOP
thanks!
also i know right! its become my favourite effect to use now.
