@@amazeorg Definitely! Years ago, I was assaulted by someone who was so much stronger than me and I couldnt fight back. I was so scarred and it has effected me so much. He kissed me by the way, and it was such a long time ago, but no matter how young you or the other is, it can still scar them so much. this happened when I was in first grade and I am still hurting from it. Be careful what you do. I'm glad you guys have addressed the problem

This had me thinking about that old show Pucca, I started watching it ever since my friend suggested me watching it. So i watched the reboot one on netflix and the old one on youtube. I have seen multiple videos about sexual assault. And one thing stood out to me: There is a too strong emphasis on the specific places a person has to touch you, for you to be sexual assaulted. It is always: breasts, inner thigh, genitals or butt. Every place you don't want to be touched is wrong! If it feels sexual and wrong, then it is wrong. I can't stretch that enough.

Kids, there's nothing more cool than being hugged by someone you like, but if someone tries to touch you in a place or in a way that makes you feel uncomfortable, that's NO GOOD! It's your body! No one has the right to touch you if you don't want them to! So what do you do? First, you say no, then you get outta there! Most important, you gotta tell someone you trust, like your parents, your teacher or a police officer

Yikes. I remember one time I was on visitation with my Dad. I was 12 at the time. (a couple years ago) My Grandfather's girlfriend was sitting in the car with me alone at the time. My Dad and Grandfather were getting something in the house. Anyway, she slowly touched my inner thighs and touched my hair and nails. She kept on asking me REPEATEDLY to talk to her and use my phone. I felt really uncomfortable and just ignored her. Pretty soon I got tired of her doing that to me, so I got out of the car and called the police. They came very quick and then took me back home. I felt so dirty. We had to deal with court and everything. Thank God I don't have to see my Dad anymore. The whole visitation thing was messed up.

I told my councilor and he got away with it. He was the victim to them and i was the one who tried to falsely accuse him
I work as a hostess and communicate with servers. One of the servers is the flirty type. He does unwelcoming gestures like a hug and an attempt to kiss me on the cheek. He will also put his finger in my pocket. He also laid his hand on my a**. All of these things were unwelcomed and I have a boyfriend. I don’t know how to tell my boyfriend, he’s going to get upset that I never reported it. But I want to tell him. I was harassed before at a party and he said I should have slapped the guy but what can you do in the moment when you don’t want to make a scene? I would feel guilty to report him bc I would feel like I’m overreacting. I never make my boundaries clear because I don’t want work tension but I’m uncomfortable with it. I need real advice!!

Often people may experience sexual assault and not realize that's what they've experienced simply because they haven't discussed with anyone else. That's why it's very important that if you do feel concerned about an experience you've had you reach out to someone you trust.
Don't be afraid to reach out now! Since it is happening at work and can be overwhelming to worry about the consequences of telling someone. BUT, you need to. It's not your fault and if your boyfriend doesn't believe you, keep telling an adult until someone does.

What if at the moment the partner said yes and later he/she was not happy with the sex? Then he/she accused the other for sexual assault and there was not evidence that included the verbal consent. What should the accused person do?

If a person is legally accused of sexual assault, they would want to consult with a lawyer to help with any legal charges that might have been brought against them. The courts can appoint one if the person doesn't have the resources or familiarity with a lawyer they could use. It would be important to get help from professionals to figure out what the best path forward is.

5 years ago (i was 10) there was a boy (12 i think) who i was trying to annoy and half-jokingly argue with (which he had done before). afterwards he came behind me when i was sitting on the floor talking to my friends, rested his hips on my shoulders, and started humping the back of my neck (i said nothing and neither did any of my friends but we were all clearly uncomfortable) but I only remembered this recently because I blocked it out for a long time and I know I couldn’t press charges or anything

I know I am late to this video, but I just wanted to say, I was 9 when my “friend” who was 10 years old told me to play a game with her, I was really naive back then and did not understand anything, I was also afraid to say no due to a trauma I had in the past, she told me to show her my private part, I didn’t want to but she insisted that it was just a game and that I had to do it because those were the rules, I was to afraid to just say no as I said before, she started touching me, I didn’t know what to do so I just stayed there like a statue not knowing what to do, after that time I never wanted to see her again, but she continued talking to me, and when she invited me to sleepovers I couldnt say no because my mom would ask if we fought or what happened, and I was afraid to tell the truth and didn’t know what to do, I was scared.... I moved schools a year later so I don’t talk to her anymore, I blocked her on everything. And if I ever saw her somewhere I would always avoid her and never talk to her, I would run the opposite direction. I am 12 now but I cannot not stop thinking and feeling disgusted and bad about myself, I kinda hate myself for it and for being naive and not knowing nor understanding what was happening back then and that it was bad, now I understand and I really hate this feeling when I remember those times. But it was all my fault for being so dumb and stupid.

No one has the right to bully or harass another person. If someone is being sexually harassed, they can tell the person harassing them to stop. If this does not stop the behavior, tell a trusted adult-like a parent, relative, teacher or coach-and keep telling adults until the harassment stops.
If the harassment happens at school, speak with a guidance counselor, nurse or administrator to get help and find out if your school has a policy on bullying and harassment.

Unwanted flirting is also a form of sexual harassment. I know from personal experience in middle school. I told him to stop multiple times and he didn't listen to me. I told my parents, thinking that they would help me. But instead they were MAD at me. They said he was just trying to be "nice." A few weeks later I had to tell my vice principal, and luckily he was able to handle it. He told the boy to stop talking to me that way, and he did. The vice principal emailed my parents who then listened to me.
Just know that when you say no, it means no. Don't ever let anyone treat you in such a manner.

This happened to me at a friend's birthday party and a person suddenly came up and kissed me on the mouth, they then pretended nothing happened and I didn't really process what happened or remember what happened until recently. I got a flashback and I wanted to know if it counted too.

I live in Poland (I'm half Us half Polish.) and in my opinion our president is a total jerk... anyway, he was like "Children don't want to learn about sex, how people are born, sexual harrasing and so on! We don't need that kind of education!" He almost took down the school subject focusing on these type of things! If anyone was wondering, yes in Polish schools there is a whole subject on that and I'm personally glad there is. I think its very important to learn about this. And I'm also glad that there is a youtube channel focused on that topic, that way its available for everyone and we can all learn!

That school scene hit me-
They go to school
I’ve been sexually assaulted by my classmate for over a year and I hope I can start fresh by moving schools
But now I can’t really get close to anyone I hate being touched now I’m paranoid of everyone who
Ye I was in the same situation. I moved schools and I’m ok now but I’m still very uncomfortable with males and all my male friends kind of make me uncomfortable because I tried to talk abt my sexual assault today and he said “sexual assault is kinky”. Another one of my friends said “haha funny” it rlly hurts to hear them say that but they aren’t rlly educated so i forgive them :/

Is it sexual assault that my mom's male friend kissed me on my head for an amount of times when he was comforting me after I had a little argument with my mom? I think he knows I don't like intimate actions such as "friendly" kissing.
I still wish till this day I could tell what my older brother did to me....it's been years but I can't.

It’s not right that this happened to you, and it is not your fault. No one should touch you in a sexual way. This includes family members, other adults and other kids. Don’t keep this a secret. Find someone you trust, like a parent, family member, teacher, coach, a friend’s parent or neighbor, and tell them what happened. There are people out there who can help. If the first adult you tell doesn’t believe you or doesn’t do anything to help protect you, keep telling other trusted adults until you get help.
I have a question because I'm really confused so recently my cousin came and gave me a hug then suddenly he kissed me on my neck for a moment and i got frozen he's like a brother to me he's actually 34 and I'm 19 I'm still confused and in that moment I felt like I was sexually harassed so is true??

Great question! If someone is saying sexual things to you against your will, even if they're jokes, that can be a type of sexual harassment. If you're feeling extra concerned about it, you might want to let a trusted adult know so that they might be able to help you address it.

Someone harassed me sexually and I curbed the thing for a whole year until I told my family about it and I did not take my right from it because we were in another city
This happened to me on roblox it was a weird oder turned out to be 8 years old.. he was calling me "babe" and stuff like that and said i had a nice butt on my tiktok which i unfriended and reported him..
About a month later he got banned and his account was deleted im happy that happened
He even told me where he lives..

I know im a bit late, but has anyone been in this situation/have advice for this? One guy in my class has been harassing me for weeks now, repeatedly asking me dirty questions and touching me. I’m not sure if this counts as sexual assault because he’s only touched my leg. Also- if it does count, how should i address this with my teachers and parents? Everytime i want to talk about it i feel embarrassed, i’m not supposed to know what words like “sex” or “genitals” mean since im fairly young.
I'm so sorry this is happening to you! Its not your fault and you should absolutely tell an adult that you trust. Start first with your parents and they should be able to guide you on next steps to help you and get this person to stop. If they can't help, keep telling adults until someone believes you.

Since I've seen a lot of stories here and I have no one else to talk to about this, I wanted to know if either of these situations are considered SA? The first was when I was around 8 years old, I went to my friends house and her older brother offered me a "massage". I didn't know what to say so I just agreed and laid down, and all I remember is him basically massaging/groping my ass (he was a highschooler at the time). The second time was when I was around the same age and had a friend who was 4 years older than me. He would peek through doors when I was changing, and I also remember a time he pinned me down and just stared at me, like he was considering something, and all I remember was being confused and scared. Thank you for any response to this from anyone, I'm just really confused :(

If someone a little bit younger than me repeatedly slaps my butt does that count as sexual assault? This person has been doing this for a month straight. Does it also count if the person who did it was a girl?
I am so sorry to hear this! Any sexual behavior without consent is considered assault. I encourage you to speak up for yourself, ask them to stop and to tell an adult that you trust. Even if they are younger and the same gender, it is still wrong.
