Midnight needs to hurry tf up
The roadtrip focus reminds me of how Atlus wanted Persona 5 to involve travelling around the world. Though not only would that have been hard to implement, it clashes with the whole high school student thing.
I think this game is the one which let the developers play with the idea.
P5 Strikers did that but yeah it was a completely different style of game (and different devs)
What I really liked, at least in the demo, was the characters in focus are actually adults and it feels like the story is more mature and less bumbling from the fact the characters don’t need to suffer growing pains

The music using Esperanto - a manually-constructed universal language - is a REALLY interesting choice, given what we know about the game's setting and themes so far.
I hope when you come the weather will be clement.
Hey Yahtzee. Back on The Escapist i only ever watched Zero Punctuation, but since Second Wind started i'm also watching your semi ramblomatics, this kind of videos and even the reviews of the other guys in the channel that i didn't know about, like Cold Take... So yeah, just to let you know, you guys are doing something right, this channel just feels a billion times better than The Escapist, and i don't feel it all relies on just you anymore, happy for you guys!
Haha! I use Esperanto in my writing all the time! It's such a niche little Easter egg that's so fun to drop!
The best part about Gallica is the reveal in Akademia that she and Will Metaphor are married: "Well, we didn't always... But now, we're partners to the end! We're linked down to the depths of our hearts! Right, [Will]?" #TrueFacts
Hearing Yahtzee being described as a fan of anything, let alone a highly anime infused game like persona, is still surreal.
Yahtzee is beginning to look like that guy from Taskmaster.
I hope atlus can port DDS 1&2, the prequels of metaphor refantazio, to PC and modern consoles.
also Soul Hackers 1
Not enough tropical for this topical discussion.
Can’t wait to hear Yahtzee shit on this masterpiece of a game.
Masterpiece. Masterpiece. Masterpiece.
That word used to mean something.
This Tropical Brunch needs mimosas, maybe with mango and pineapple juices instead of orange 🤔
I like how you two persona megafans dragged nick into this haha! You're 'grooming' him into a Persona fanboy!
(Thanks for ditching the sunglasses for this 'themed' segment)
Ok you struck gold with 5:55
Hey, i only listened to this mostly. But i saw some clips from after what the demo includes. I think it would be nice to mention in the beginning how spoilery the review and video is.
Nick why dont i see you in a hawaian shirt?
Hi!
I'm hoping that story wise this can scratch the Final Fantasy Tactics itch, if even just a little bit.
algorithm comment, will put my fingers in my ears and don't wanna hear or see anything!
If performance was inversely proportional too fidelity, this game could run on a Gameboy. Sadly it seems that for every edge that flickers you loose 10 fps :(
This pretty much turned me off. If it has that neandering structure of faffing about waiting for the story to continue, no thank you. That is a deliberate waste of my time.

I don’t like the school aspect of persona I’m grown and I work I’m not trying to spend time in school when I could be fighting enemies and stuff….
