By the way, after you witness gortash's inauguration, all the npcs in that room will be killed by the steel watch and the guards so you didn't have to worry about them running
There are 6 (I think) servants that are not to be found with the dead bodies. So at least those servants should be killed prior to moving on, as it is unclear but likely that they survived, since Gortash only wanted the patriars dead, not the people who serve him.

Hate to break it to you, but it's actually *very easy* to have Mirkon (the tiefling child near the harpies) die. It's so stupid easy that my only explanation for why you didn't experience it may be due to positioning/difficulty. Mirkon normally dies so easily that you have to actually *try to* prevent his death, which makes this run even weirder than normal
I accidentally killed him just by walking down to the beach, observing the scene, and deciding "eh, I'd rather come back and deal with this after a long rest." Oops.
Also, I know I'm late, but the kids ALL die if you steal the idol of silvanus before resolving the goblin camp. Druids go nuts and a race war breaks out, everyone dies including the kids. I found this out in a very traumatic first run where I legitimately was just like "sure Mol, I'll steal the idol, fk these druids after what they almost did to Arabella!" Didn't get caught, ran away, took a long rest. Somehow didn't get the cut scene. Just woke up and returned to the Grove to find total carnage lmao.
