  • The Vasa Museum is a maritime museum in Stockholm, Sweden. Located on the island of Djurgården, the museum displays the only almost fully intact 17th-century ship that has ever been salvaged, the 64-gun warship Vasa that sank on her maiden voyage in 1628.

I went on a cruise with my dad and Stockholm was one of the stops. I told him that the Vasa Museum was the top priority in Stockholm. I don't think he was super excited to go to a museum about a singular ship at first. About 10 minutes after entering the museum, I think he finally realized why I wanted to go see this, and at the end of the cruise, he said this was one of the coolest things we did on the entire cruise.

I was there a month ago and it was mind blowing. It's so massive and detailed.
