What they do here in Washington, is build communities, then go "whoops, we fergot to put in the roads to get there, by golly!! " And when they discover that they alos fergot to put in cables or drainage, they dig and dig and dig for months if not years ahead. ( Keep in mind that they can't even do that right, leaving trenches for your car springs to break)... oh, and did I tell yah that it's so expensive here that people are forced to move further north? Ha, I didn't even mention the rise in crimes !! Ya, move to Bothell..............
