Thanks for watching! I use producers pride I get it from tractor supply. I think it's a purple bag and says something like 80/20 on it. They're labeled as cattle cubes on the bags
@@ChasingtheMoby yes sir! I love to catch whatever bites and fortunately I was able to catch what I was there for and some bonus bullheads. Love the channel BTW thanks for all you do!
Gotta go back with real light tackle and get the most out of the fight with em. I love targeting bullhead and other panfish with light line and an icefishing rod all year round. Makes the fights feel alot crazier and you can feel when they are biting alot easier.
@@ChasingtheMoby im not a fan of cold weather fishing in general. Just isnt comfortable to be out there and some fish bite funny in that weather. But as far as the ice fishing gear i mentioned. I use it for panfishing all year round. No reason not to. Makes the smaller fish feel that much bigger if you have a lighter action icefishing rod (and of course its gotta be a spinning combo. Cant go out with those crappie jigging reels) i have even used it to catch carp and it makes for insane fights although i wouldnt recommend it lmaooo.
Best whisker bait there is-especially for flats. I actually like bullheads on the plate. Did anyway, don't know about how good they'd be these days with the runoff in these stagnant creeks. Only fish my Grandmother would eat, called them yeller bellies, Grandpa would only eat blue gills.
That looks like a great place to start chumming each day. Who knows what will come out next.
I always love your videos brother

Is it better to fish with them live or cut?
I catch them to use live as they are very hearty and frisky on a hook

Not sure but 1/64 jig head. Probably a no. 6 hook
