Thank you, Chris! This stretch felt so good! I wanted to get at least 30 minutes of stretching today so I found Day 1 of the mobility challenge and added that on at the end! So proud of myself for doing every single day. Can't believe we are so close to the end.

Having committed the CDorner cardinal sin of skipping mobility a few days ago on one of our usual mobility days, our stiff muscles felt much better after doing this one today!
I did days 19, 20 and 21 in a row because of work and that makes a really great wholesome workout. Love that stretching part and now I feel totally relaxed😊
I'm 54 years old and I'm very flexible. It's weird though. My right side is stronger but way less flexible. Vise versa the left. 🤔 A funny truth: I saw a contortionist on TV when I was a kid that sat cross legged and lifted her feet and put them behind her head and I wanted to do that. So I worked at it and accomplished it. I wanted to be able to do that forever! So I've tried to stay that way. Just tried it. Can get left foot behind my head, but not the right, so I now know I need to stretch that side more. Such a silly thing for a little girl to want to do, but it's served me all my life. 😂
