  • In the second part of Moving to Mac, I'm looking at the Red X in the corner of windows and how it differs in use from Windows to macOS and how you can fully quit your applications.
    These guides are designed for total beginners. If you're like me and you're moving from Windows to Mac, this type of information is surprisingly useful because there are small differences between the two platforms that can sometimes catch you out.

      Virtual desktops (Spaces as they’re called in macOS) are beautifully implemented. So easy and intuitive to use and separate Spaces for each monitor (if you want). Windows has virtual desktops but it’s still clunky by comparison. Shame.
