This is a video about the construction of 28 flats and the Apartment many rooms already being rented. This was the initiative of Gabriel Maketh Kuer Khor and Isaiah Chol Kuch. They were later joined by another group of 29 business minded individuals. The Cush Capital Group is now doing amazing work with the contru8of these 28 flat and shopping centre inside the same fence

Great work. Very proud of Gabriel and Isaiah. Was very close to signing onto the project--backed out as the return to investment is incredibly low. Nevertheless, this is an outstanding work

if south Sudan is stable enough with rule law in place, i believe these people plus many more will go and invest their hard earned money there without fear of loosing their investment. security and accountability breed confident in people. fighting over leadership in south Sudan must stop. smart people do not give a shit about who rule provide that person and his government respect other people investment, wealth and above all provide rule of law.
