Finest use of camo fabric I’ve ever seen, and a lovely nod back to the military past of the Spencer. It may not have been easy, but the end result was really nice!
This is magnificent! I am much less intimidated by my own set of sleeve petals and indeed the whole construction process. Your jacket looks wonderful and the styling in the final reveal is exquisite! Thank you so much for sharing.
Your sleeves!! I am living vicariously through all of these Spencer Jacket vids (all through CosTube). Thank you for showing the non standard sizing construction and it looks fabulous.
I love how detailed you are in breaking this down into manageable chunks! Also lol, love the 'talk less, sew more'! 😆 You definitely didn't throw away your shot!
Awesome. I think I'd have given up on this project if it wasn't for your videos. It's definitely not a beginner project with those construction notes, but you've helped enormously. Thank you!
@@JaleaWard Did you stitch the belt lining on at the same time as the piping? The instructions have me stitching the lining three steps after the trim...
I am glad you have provided explanations of the construction details. I love the final result. The jacket looks fabulous on you. The decision to use red lining was....sheer genius! Great video!
Great video, one of the best sewing videos I've seen with lots of very good details that apply to many projects. The tip about how to reduce bulk in seams is something I've struggled with for a while. And that camo fabric is so GRRRRRRR. I love it. Thanks for this!
I love the trim. I am so glad you went with the black cord. It fits so well with the whole look. I love putting pretty with with more tough looking. Casual mixed with dressy. Well done.
The red is an inspired choice for the lining. The jacket is beautiful. You'll definitely get allot of wear out of it! - Cathy (&, accidently, Steve), Ottawa/Bytown
"Fitted by my husband. ....... it is a LOT easier if you can get someone else." So accurate 😃😃 but u love how much effort they put in it and how hard mine tries even though he's not good at it.
I love the red under the camo! It came out beautifully!
All of your Hamilton Spencer videos have been so helpful! Without them, I might have just given up when I wasn't sure what I was doing.

Wow it looks so good and love the music setting that mood for the reveal! The camoflauge is so stealthy, I'm afraid I may lose you!
I love this so much! I really appreciate all of the helpful tips you give about construction order.
Stunning! Love the nod to the military history and you nailed it!

Exquisite! I love that you stayed true to the pattern, and gave it a twist to make it your own. Well done.
