This video is has some serious flaws: Oatmeal? Whole grain? Seriously? Look this up; whole grain compared to white bread has the same carbs, the same glycemic index and the same insulin triggering effect. The rest of the list is fine although it is just a retelling of what 1000+ other videos by actual researchers tell us.
