Thank you for helping those of us facing our own breast cancer journey. You are a brave and beautiful women. I’m so sorry you ever had to go through this whole painful experience. Your positivity and kind spirit will help so many. Bless you and pray you will never face cancer again. Much love
You are very sweet. I am glad you came through this experience with a positive attitude in spite of all your problems. I pray that you never have a recurrence again. I had colon cancer and now have breast cancer and will be undergoing surgery and treatment soon. Your video gives me hope. Thank you. God bless.
You are so beautiful! Thanks for sharing your story with us. Triple-negative breast cancer esp with your genetic mutation is quite a frightening thing but you are so positive which is amazing! I wish you well and to be cancer-free for the rest of your life. Much love!
Thank you so much...life's dealt me a tough hand, but there's people out there who have it far harder. It's all about how you approach life, and i'm definitely not one for crying about it all. xx
Praying for your healing. I had ultrasound guided biopsy and result is 9 days later. Everyone told me to stay away from these type of videos and I understand every story is unique like the person telling it. However I love seeing strong resilient faithful women.
I was diagnosed with TBC . When you said you were told that you had it. And everything went blank and life stopped . That was so true for me . I felt so weak at the knees I thought I wAs going to faint. I so appreciate women as you who are so brave to talk about what you went thorough . It doesn’t make me feel so alone.
Hi I'm new to your channel I'm 31 & I recently found out I've been diagnosed with breast cancer stage 2 grade 3. I found mine as well ty for sharing your story with all of us.
Thanks for the video, Nikki. So glad you came through everything ok. I had triple neg bc at 37 years old, am 46 now. Wide excision lumpectomy, 6 rounds of D/C chemo {yuck} and 25 shots of radiotherapy. It wasn't the most pleasant of things i've been through. lol. I'm now 5 years clear and have moved on from 6monthly to yearly mammograms {which i don't fully trust, but am still greatful for} I just want to say that you have done a wonderful job of getting yourself through this, especially with a smile on your face. And to let other people know, losing your hair isn't that bad. lol. It does grow back. Keep on keeping on. Love and hugs from Dorset. xo Mojo xo
I really appreciate you sharing your story.I was just diagnose with a sarcoma tumor in my left side of my face. I am 26years and have four kids. I am going to start chemo & radiation together before surgery. It really helps me heard other people stories , it’s a hard process. But you guys are able to help us feel better about the process. I am so thankful with Nikki for sharing all the information with us about herself. I am so thankful , you guys help me cope with my situation. I want to send you guys hugs . Thanks

Hey, new subbie. I just found out I have TN BC n I am going to start chemo In a week . It’s been really hard on me but I have been trying my hardest to stay positive n I have a really great support team at my side. Thank you for sharing your story. I will be sharing my story on my channel as well. 💕
Hi Nikki fantastic news you have been a true inspiration. I’m on the same journey triple neg but 51 I’m halfway through taxol. I’m having the same nipple sparring mastectomy so thank you so much for sharing. I have no fat also so will probably be in the same boat. Moving forward though from it all the latest studies show intermittent fasting which is really easy to do and a daily low dose aspirin are something to consider for helping recurrence. I know there is a lot of advice no sugar no meat etc and nothing fun. I plan on living a normal life too as I lasted two weeks on a total vegan diet and I’m not giving up my wine. It been great sharing your story all the very best with the rest. Annie xxx
I spent one night only on my mortality, and that was the night before my second mammogram. After that, I spent every moment making the most of what life was left in me. When I got the diagnosis of Triple Neg BC, I was cracking jokes and embracing the experience of treatment. After the chemo was over, I too started intermittent fasting and keto. Haven’t looked back since. Had chemo then surgery (two!) then radiation. That’s been several years ago and had a Complete Response as well. No return. I truly consider the whole experience a blessing as it has profoundly changed my life for the better, making the most of every day and every moment spent with loved ones. Plus, I’m taking even better care of my body. Stay strong, my friend!
Thanks for sharing your experience. Just heading into treatment for stage 3 TNBC. I hope you’re doing really well and enjoying life to the fullest with your son 🌹❤️🌹
Thank you for this! I am having a similar experience... a dent in my breast. I've been to the doctor and now I'm waiting for the ultrasound and mammogram. Thank you again!

My doc says the lump is nothing but sumday I wake up with swollen collarbone and armpit also comes and goes. I'm 25 gunna be 26 next week and I'm trying to look for a second opinion but this whole corona virus thing slowing down everything and medi cal doesnt get u far

Hey, thank you for sharing your story, people like you help a lot of people going through the same help to know they're not alone. An amazing thing, really.. I wanna start by saying i HATE the doctor I've had a lot of bad terrifying incidents happen to me and i do try to avoid them at all cost. ( doctors where i am are infamous for being shit ) *excuse my language* but, for the past like year/year and a half I've had some issues I've been terrified to get checked because im afraid to find out tbh, and also. The doctors... But what started it was i had some breast and nipple pain in my left breast and my nipple was oddly warm to the touch. Then id noticed a dark spot id never noticed before ( almost like a birth mark) on my breast by my armpit right under this dark freckle i have.. But i waited saying ok if this doesn't get better ill go get it checked. Then the pain and heat stopped after about 3 months ( too long i know ) and now my breasts are reddish. Which they never where before. And leaning or laying onto my left breast hurts a bit. But im unsure if i have the redness due to the size of my breasts since gaining depression weight ( DD ) or if its a symptom. Ive looked all this up and there are conflicting theories online. So im unsure if I'm being crazy or if there is actually cause for concern. Any theories? If i can avoid the doctor and having my titties out that would be lovely lol
Ashley Lacasse I would suggest getting it checked out. You might find it is nothing - but surely you’d rather that then find out it was something serious and you made it much worse by not getting it sorted. I was lucky to catch mine as early as I did. If I’d waited I wouldn’t be here now without a doubt - my oncologist said the same thing xx good luck getting it checked xxxx

I hear you on the biopsy horror! They did it twice to me but still couldn't get to what they'd seen. I cried all the way through! Right bloody trauma it was. It didn't really hurt, more uncomfortable but seeing my breast covered in blood wasn't fun. It sounds like a staple gun being fired, I thought..
I am waiting for results which doesn't sound positive but staying strong in rhe LORD as I am much older but a Christian. So encouraged hearing these stories is a blessing and seeing such strong and courageous women tell their struggles and fears. Prayers for us all and may we trust in Him always🙏🙏
Hello, Gorgeous! I couldn’t understand why you should have a mastectomy, only because of your age (you are young) or there are other factors like your family history? Thank you in advance for your answer!
Adriana Mishinska hi 👋🏻 I had to have a double mastectomy as I carry a genetic mutation on my BRCA1 gene, which put my chances of getting another primary breast cancer at 85%. I also have a 60% chance of getting ovarian cancer so will need an oopherectomy (ovaries and Fallopian tubes removed) before I’m 45 xx
mounika davi hi 👋🏻 I live in the U.K. with free health care... they don’t do pet ct’s as standard unless they suspect the cancer has spread. They performed a mammogram and an ultrasound before treatment, but have had no other scans
@@gettingwiggywithit3500 hi nikki My mom is underweight BMi 14.2can she cope upwith chemotherapy? Shez undergone mrm a month ago with tnbc and 3lymph nodes positive
mounika davi I actually put ON weight during chemo - 20lbs - Because of the steroids. Your moms oncologist will be able to advise on whether she will be able to cope with chemo. Good luck xx
@@gettingwiggywithit3500 thank you for your response. A mass was found on mine that is 7mm. I was a birad 2 that month. With a second opinion I am a birad 3. I was sent a letter to return for another ultrasound in 3 months instead of 6 months. I am very frustrated and worried.
@@gettingwiggywithit3500 I am also. After going through a second opinion even and put into a second by Red you would think they wanted to do a biopsy but they said they typically don't when it's 98% that it's benign. I asked what about the other 2% and she said let's wait and see come back in 3 months. It's so frustrating. Because right now my husband is divorcing me and I'm just going through a lot and this just makes it worse
Lori B I had already had chemo and had a complete pathological response, and a double mastectomy. In all honesty I was absolutely done with hospitals and treatment.

A stone is 14 pounds...just in case people are wondering...
You are beautiful!
thank you :)
Nikki Kirsten Thank you very much for your rapid response! God bless you! You deserve to be happy and only happy from now on!
Hi
Have u done ur Petct before undergoing treatment?
mounika davi hi 👋🏻 I live in the U.K. with free health care... they don’t do pet ct’s as standard unless they suspect the cancer has spread. They performed a mammogram and an ultrasound before treatment, but have had no other scans
@@gettingwiggywithit3500 hi nikki
My mom is underweight BMi 14.2can she cope upwith chemotherapy? Shez undergone mrm a month ago with tnbc and 3lymph nodes positive
mounika davi I actually put ON weight during chemo - 20lbs - Because of the steroids. Your moms oncologist will be able to advise on whether she will be able to cope with chemo. Good luck xx
🙏🙏🙏
Lovely young lady
How big was it when they first looked at the lump?
Teresa Nigro I didn’t have a lump - I had a dent. But my tumour was 2cm by 2cm, and was attached to my chest wall xx
@@gettingwiggywithit3500 last month I was a birad 2
Teresa Nigro I’m surprised they did not do a biopsy. Xx
Which type brest cancer you had ??
You are beautiful ☺️
You should get your vitamin D levels checked it’s important for your immunity
This is all in front of me, im 58. Recalled to breastcheck, tomorrow
Bridget Carr best of luck. Not all recalls result in diagnosis. Hopefully you are one of the lucky ones 🤞🏼
Ultrasound clear, im in waiting room, surgical team want to make sure. Thanks very much
Home and all clear. Born again, my lucky day. Must make changes to diet , and lose weight. Good health to all who read this.
So pleased you haven’t had to join the crappy cancer club!! Best of luck xx
Hi sister
Why do people turn down radiation?
Lori B I had already had chemo and had a complete pathological response, and a double mastectomy. In all honesty I was absolutely done with hospitals and treatment.
Bloody NHS are rubbish sometimes...😡
The sound of your video is too low. I can not hear it. Disappointed!
Rebecca White sorry. Not much I can do about the natural pitch of my voice
@@gettingwiggywithit3500 I can hear you just fine even with volume not all the way up. I hope you are doing well.
