Hi! My brother had 3 lifomas (I'm Portuguese, sort for my english...). The first time he did quimioterapy a do did well. Past a year, it shows again... It was a chock! He did quimioterapy and a self transplant of medula. In this prosses he was infect with a hospitalar bacteria, so he was in induced come for all most 2 months. The doctors said he was dying. He was in septicemia... One night a doctor said to one other to de lair his dead... He was with so many machines, to breath, to substitute the principal organs,... To be feeded... It was shocking to see. All of us are wearied. He has a son and a daughter, they were younger... Slowly, he get better. He caned home with nape (?? I don't know if is this the word, he don't had muscles to go to the bathroom, so he had to use what baby's and incontinents use). He had to do fisioterapy at home for many time. He recovered. Past a year we cannot be alive, he was diagnose again. He did quimioterapy again and had to do a other transplant, now Whig donator. It was good. He has to do a therapy that seems hemodiálise, and have many appointments in the doctor, can't bee at the sun, or in field in spring, have many life restrictions, but he is alive!!! He loves motorcycles, so he travels, and stay at home when it is necessary. He adapted to his condition. This is what I whish fou you: fight and adapt your self!! And be (very) happy!!! Kissies from Portugal!
Well, In December, he was diagnosis whith a carcinoma in lower lip. He is waiting for operation, because he put 4 stents in the veins in January. It's in April 20. We stay positive! It's not a choice, it's a way of life!!
Glad you're in remission now. I got diagnosed this May after about 5 months of mucking about with my GP. I ticked almost every box for lymphoma, felt crap for months, major night sweats, lumps on my collarbone and even then I got dismissed. She said they were lipomas (fatty lumps) and nothing to worry about, go home and I'm sure you'll start to feel better. It was only after I mentioned it to one of the other doctors when I went to get a prescription renewal that I asked for a second opinion and got sent for a ultrasound. To say I'm angry is an understatement. Luckily though it doesn't look like their mistake is going to cost me as I'm now in remission. I've got 2 months of chemo still to go though and I really cant wait for it to be over
Lost my cousin at the age of 15 due to a cancer, following you is helping us understanding what he've been trought, in his mind, on his point of vieuw. Thank you for sharing your story and your feelings. ❤️ Ps : you're a beautifull and very inspiring young women, I wish you success! ❤️
hands off the best sense of humour considering your circumstances! I have just been diagnosed with the same thing and literally keep having mental breakdowns every couple of days as I am scared to lose my hair and look like a bold potato.
Loved this Olivia, I have so much respect for you and your attitude towards wanting to help others who may be going through the same as you - you're amazing xo
Olivia, as a healthcare professional, I am sincerely embarrassed that you got to be seen by such horrible 'so called' professionals. You are a young person. If anything, we need to check and double check with you because not many young people report every little thing. In fact ,the older people tend to visit their GPs more than it is necessary. You are such a beautiful soul and the graceful nature you are handling this is Oscar winning material. Sending you and your loved ones lots of love x
I’ve watched your whole journey Liv and honestly am so proud to know you. You’ve been so brave and seemed to have stayed positive, and I’m sure you’ve helped so many people who are going through the same thing as you. Looking forward to seeing future videos x
I am a new subscriber. Just found you and I'm so glad I did. I enjoyed your video and hope to see more. You seem like such a strong survivor, even though, I know nothing about you, except what I just saw on your video. Please keep making new video's, as I enjoyed it very much and seems as if I am not alone. I am so sorry for what you are going thru. You have a positive look on life. Thanks for sharing your story with me.
I was diagnosed with stage 4 Breast cancer 12 years ago and I am 100% cured. I was 48 at the time. My Oncologist told me during my treatments that I shouldn't read or listen to other peoples stories that are going thruw this. Because it wasn't good for my healing Process. I took his advice and only concentrated on myself and my healing. I didn't read other people's stories ect. Stay positive and concentrate on yourself and the Docters, and your healing Process. Xxx
You’re such an incredible, strong, uplifting person. I hope you’re so proud of the person you are because you should be ❤️ inspiring and eye opening. 😊😊 take care xxx
Good on you for doing this! I'm about to start a second channel with my current breast cancer journey because, exactly like you said, I went to look for people going through this on youtube and insta to make me feel less alone! Looking forward to more videos and I'm subscribed now. Congrats on completing chemo.... sending you good vibes! x

You look so beautiful. May you stay as positive as you are in this video. I'm sending you prayers may God just uplift you agnes keep you going strong. Loved this video so I subscribed and pushed the notification button.
Loving your lovely bubbly joyus personality, Olivia. 👌 you are in remission. Let it remain that way for you for dozens of decades. 💞 Incompetent GPs, who just scraped by to get degree, and do specialisation, who have no skills to properly diagnose are cowards who rather not end up being flagged up my Lead surgery GP who watches over money, as someone with high rate of referrals for tests but for what turms out to be basic no serious easy diagnosable and treatable conditions are cause for missed diagnoses. They take chance to dismiss patients or fob them off as it is easier to plea "that disease was hard to spot" if something seriius was missed, in comparisson to pleas "I am not good skilled GP so I spend money on useless tests for no seriois conditions". No one weeds them out as ones ruining lives, causing devastation and neddless death, and law suits costs vs cost costs of few tests just to rull out serious diseases needing promp treatment. In Uk there is no attitude of early intervention for prevension, but more of lets see if patient keeps coming back getting worse and then if seriius cross the bridge if it comes to it! Disgusting. Olivia, you are beautifull inside and ouside, be it with or without hair. Loving your lovely bubbly joyus personality. Let it all be ok for you for dozens of decades. 💞
I felt exaclty the same when the doctor said I got some masses in my chest (6cm) I was like wtf 😂 I follow you on Instagram and you are a real inspiration for me. I'm so happy that your cancer is gone now.
Often it infuriates me, the neglect and dismissal doctors will often demonstrate to their patients. I watch alot of videos about cancer, and it's a common theme that i notice: the doctors dismissal. I wonder how some of them feel, knowing that some of them are directly responsible for wastinf precious time that could mean the difference between life and death.
I’m new to your vlog x so glad I came across it x your amazing, and so strong x but I’d be peed off with the doctors before, brushing you off x your such a beaut xx
i have 2 swollen small lymph nodes for 2 years now, and doc keeps saying its cause of stress and nothing to worry about (im 18) im kinda worried tbh 😫😫
