Adventures in Golf is becoming more and more like Top Gear. Sure both shows are either about golf or cars, but it's more about the adventure, the people and the comedy that golf and cars bring. Loving this new episode and the lobster catching before it!
i guess im randomly asking but does any of you know a method to get back into an Instagram account..? I somehow forgot the login password. I would love any tricks you can offer me
@Cayson Pierce i really appreciate your reply. I got to the site through google and Im waiting for the hacking stuff now. Takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Being a Portlander, I'm so happy that you took the time to come to our great State & review this course!! If you can make it up to the mountains of Western Maine, I'm sure you would love Sugarloaf Golf Course. Cheers Erik.
I've lived in Maine my whole life. When she says you have to plan a trip to Chebeague she isn't wrong. It's a bucket list course for me. It's great to see you come to Maine! Hope you enjoyed your stay Erik!
As I hunker down for the winter just a bit north of Portland, I’m now more stoked than ever to know this awaits come next year! Incredibly grateful I came across this episode by chance!
Learned to play golf there as a kid. Definition of ‘winter rules’. The junior membership costs $25. Spent childhood mucking around picking up golf balls in the mud on 6. Now i spend time returning the balls to the ocean. Alex Todd is the man. Cheers
Nope, only way you'll ever have fresher lobster's if you go back and cook some on the boat, right after they're caught! I used to work lobster boats out of Point Judith, RI back in the 80s-90s! That looks like a fantastic place to play golf if I ever moved to Maine, it'd be to there!
Being from CT, I was planning to play at the course during the lockdown to our visit at Portland Maine. but it was all day fair to play 9 holes.. my lady started rolling eyes and the dream is still a dream
Really like the direction this is heading, it's a full spectrum view on the courses and stories of its players ect , like someone else said about too Gear, sure it's a golf show but it's about the adventure. That being said I would've liked to see a bit more of this course specifically because of its interesting nature and history. Keep on keeping on ELA Maybe someday post covid you can come to Niagara falls can and play our whirlpool golf course with us
My wife learned to play golf there at age 9 while her father owned and ran what was then called the Hillcrest hotel.. She continues to play and, on occasion, can still beat me!!!
You should play in Daufuskie Island in South Carolina but it is very exclusive and right across the sound from Harbor Town, It is like this islands, there are no cars only golf carts on Daufuskie
I live in Maine an hour away from the course in this video and my parents live on Daufuskie, where I spent the last two weeks playing. Funny seeing this comment!
My sister got married about an hour from there this September. Played Rockland golf club while I was up there. This looked like it was filmed the same day I played
there is a small town in southwest utah called Milford, and there is this weird course that is only 5 holes, but then clubhouse is just a shed and there is no one there to make sure you pay, they just use honor to trust you. It would be a really cool course for you to check out. and the round is only 3 dollars
You should play at Fenwick golf course in Old Saybrook Connecticut it is the oldest public course in Connecticut is on Long Island sound and the Connecticut river with fantastic views it also has the famous late Katherine Hepurn house that famously got washed away the day she hit a hole in one
A great place to go for Adventures in Golf would be Mackinac Island in northern Michigan. No vehicles of any kind on the island and they have a beautiful golf course on the island. It is only accessible by plane or ferry too.
The best golf course in Maine is on North Heaven. Grew up going there, wouldn't change anything about it. Heaps and bounds above your average country club. Not sure if you'd be able to play there, it's private and on an island.
Amazing as always. But I do wish you'd show at least a LITTLE bit of golf. For instance, on the "nicest par 3 you've ever seen," show your shot, show it landing on the green, show you putting. Then show all the other stuff. Thanks for another great video
well this video had me extremely interested for a birthday trip next year but staying on the island at the hotel is already booked.. and my birthday is in october. ima have to find a hotel nearby because that looks extremely tranquil like gods little therapy island
So there’s a similar course which unfortunately I did not get to play since rona happened . The place is called Frye Island Golf Club in Maine . There’s also a really cool place In Long Island ny shelter island golf course . Next year play bethpage black
I had an aunt that worked on Star island in New Hampshire when I was a little kid. People from New England take heat for being terse. The island's seem to be one the few places where that just isn't true.

@Cayson Pierce It did the trick and I finally got access to my account again. Im so happy:D
Thanks so much, you saved my ass!
@Malik Jase Happy to help :D
One of the best episodes yet. These are only getting better.
Couldn't agree more. With every episode I get more excited to watch.

Being a Portlander, I'm so happy that you took the time to come to our great State & review this course!! If you can make it up to the mountains of Western Maine, I'm sure you would love Sugarloaf Golf Course. Cheers Erik.
Let's go Sugarloaf! Best course ever.
The Loaf! My favorite course in Maine.
That par 3 is nuts
I've been waiting on a New Adventure for so long!!! Glad to see it back up
I've lived in Maine my whole life. When she says you have to plan a trip to Chebeague she isn't wrong. It's a bucket list course for me. It's great to see you come to Maine! Hope you enjoyed your stay Erik!
I’m a simple man, I see an adventures in golf, I watch.
I just love Adventures in golf ... best on you tube by a street
Grew up right near Portland, this track is an absolute gem. Love seeing EAL get up to Maine!
As a golfer who writes a blog about 9-hole courses, thanks for this golf adventure! Looking to visit is 2023.
Grew up in casco bay so love that you found this little gem.
This is a beauty, I have zero doubt I'll be back to watch again.
Best episode of the season so far. Preety cool how with all the travel restrictions they are still able to find these gems
So great how this series is about much more than just the golf course. We get to experience the culture of areas and history.
Surely this has been said but if not, Erik is very much the Anthony Bourdain of golf right now. A legend in his early days. Thanks man.
EAL, I admire and envy the fact that you seem to fit into any cultural surrounding. It is a characteristic that many humans lack!
You are special. 👌💯
As I hunker down for the winter just a bit north of Portland, I’m now more stoked than ever to know this awaits come next year! Incredibly grateful I came across this episode by chance!
Imagine having an island green on an island course....
Learned to play golf there as a kid. Definition of ‘winter rules’. The junior membership costs $25. Spent childhood mucking around picking up golf balls in the mud on 6. Now i spend time returning the balls to the ocean. Alex Todd is the man. Cheers

I loved it!!! Thank You Adventures in Golf.
The most underrated series out there. Well done! I want to visit so many of the places that you highlight. Keep up the crazy good work!
Being from CT, I was planning to play at the course during the lockdown to our visit at Portland Maine. but it was all day fair to play 9 holes.. my lady started rolling eyes and the dream is still a dream
At some point you need to get onto Portland Country club, astounding golf course. it is right in Portland Maine
These are so special . EAL you always deliver!!
I know what I’m doing when my wife drags me to see her friend in Maine
Your channel is awesome mate!! Top top videos! Won’t be long till you have over a million viewers. All the best.
Thank you so much for posting these great videos!
Me and my bro binged like all of season one, I love this
I love this series
Finally putting Maine on the map, course is incredible.
What a place to live. Seems like a total gem.
Can you please make a list of all the course played throughout the seasons of the show then turn it into a bucket list
Bro, I'm lovin' your channel. It is like mini-documentaries, cinematic, and sweet GOLF scenes.
Legend has it I was conceived on a golf course in Maine.
Awesome! One of my favorites for sure! I just read about this place recently from somewhere, so cool, well done again everyone!!

I second dafuskie. Beautiful secluded course
I live in Maine an hour away from the course in this video and my parents live on Daufuskie, where I spent the last two weeks playing. Funny seeing this comment!

This is so cool!! My house is in this video at the 2:05 mark!

Lobstah and golf, doesn't get any better than that. You gotta say it with a Boston accent. Thanks I am here all week.
He’s in Maine. It’s alright you don’t have to stay all week
My sister got married about an hour from there this September. Played Rockland golf club while I was up there. This looked like it was filmed the same day I played
I love this! Great job!
Yeah. Great video. Would love to play there, but I would never hit the green on that crazy par 3.
Portland, ME is one of my favorite places on earth. What an amazing city.
What an epic episode!!!

Love the show, please keep it up, also, just wanted to point out that 6:27 damn that ball was low.

shennecossett gc is another great one on the shore in groton CT
Has someone set bait and catch lobster. Cooks it for him. Plays golf on an island. "I ThiNk I CoUlD gEt UsEd to nOt hAvInG cReAtUrE cOmFoRts"
9:24 with the geese flying the music - gave me goosebumps (no pun intended)
You should check out golf club Karvendel one hour from Munich in the alps with a beautiful Scenery in the background.
I notice he learned how to pronounce Chebeague "Che-Big" properly by the end of his visit. Nice job Alex!
Man what a spectacular place!
Bedrock golf clud in Rutland MA. Super unique course. You would love it
wicked epic erik
Erik, look up Wawashkamo Golf Course in Michigan. Another strange one. On a battle field.
I think he already did. I've played it about 10yr ago with the hickory. Great little course
@@derekbuck2369 any footage of him there?
Wow beautiful golf course

That swing at 6:26 is 🔥🔥🔥

EAL you should go play at the Arctic Links in Finland during the time of year when the sun never sets!
Gotta love New England
would love to play a round with Erik when covid is over.
Fabulous stuff thanks
I hope Erik realizes how awesome his life experience is.
The music is 🔥
another great one
Love these so much. Would be great to include more golf holes with Eric playing them though!
Welcome to Maine Erik! Btw we call it “hauling” instead of lobster fishing.
You all need to visit The Jewel up on Mackinac Island, MI
dude has the best job in the world

Beautiful video.

I feel like we barely got to see the course, maybe that’s the idea behind it 💡
Erik is the new Mike Rowe

Adventures in Golf / Deadliest Catch
you should do some adventures in golf in Prince Edward Island, Canada!!
So there’s a similar course which unfortunately I did not get to play since rona happened . The place is called Frye Island Golf Club in Maine .
There’s also a really cool place In Long Island ny shelter island golf course . Next year play bethpage black

Great video
Where does that opening shot of Erik hitting a golf shot in the ocean come from? Is there a video about that?
Wow this is what I always wanted to do . Have you ever been to Mackinac Island its a great golf destination
If someone could tell me how I went to Chebeague 3 years ago and didn't notice the course that would be great. Gonna have to go back now.
