This build is why I started following this channel. I've loved watching it come together. I hope we can at least get a bit of race footage on it before you sell it. It's such a cool and unique bike...I feel like regular inline 4s are so boring and common (aside from the R1) so I'm not as interested in the ZX project. Hoping you follow through with the V4 for a little while longer and your next build is another unique bike!

Adding the 0.2mm shim actually increases the gap, so you now have a 1.64mm gap. You can get 0.5mm longer bolts from suter and use the shims to increase the gap to spec
We reduced the shim size.

Do you have any feedback about the waterpump operation? Did you upgrade somehow the pump itself? (Not the cooling system, radiator)
Our ducati team changing pumps every 2500km, they brake exactly per 2500km 😂
What type of ohlins fork is that?
It's a special WSBK fork, 2019 generation. We may move to the latest version (as shown on the BMW project).
I had a Factory Ducati Corse slipper in my FBF prepped 999 ..took a while to get the proper spring rates dialed in, but holy cow did it work beautifully. Your videos are GREAT, really enjoy the build process of racing motorcycles. and thank you for taking the time to make these videos. THAT SAID, you really really really need to focus on what your doing, instead of your face.. sorry, but I'd rather see the parts that your installing, the process of the install on the bike, then your face the majority of the time. Don't mean to offend, but I want to see what your doing, not your mug.....make sense ????

We build these for customers. The cost varies, but certainly well into 6 figures.
