Hi, im thinking about buying this. Does it downscale to 4k 60hz and/or 1440/1080p 120hz? I plan to split the image for my Philips hue syncbox that only takes those. Thanks

​@@OREI-COMIf we use 1 input source (PS5 4K-120Hz VRR & ALLM) to send signals to both output (TV & LED syncbox), will it work as long as the output device support the same resolution setting (4K-120Hz VRR Allm)?
