This video inspired my wife and I to get a Vermont castings stove and we use it as our main cooking appliance now. We are also we are rebuilding a Vermont castings resolute, which is the little brother to the vigilant, which is what Paul has in his living room. It was manufactured in 1982. Thanks for posting this video because it has changed our life. Amazing.
That was so great of Paul to do the after the tour stuff. He's such an awesome, inspiring person. I've never met him face to face, but I just love him so much! And thanks to you, too, Thatnub, for always sharing with us here on TH-cam. You totally rock!
The covering! Reminds me of our covering, the blood of Jesus, we have everything we need in Jesus, he covers our lives, and makes us fertile to bear fruit! How amazing is God's love for us!!! Hallelujah!

I live in what use to be the furniture manufacturing capital! Both of my grandparents retired from Fairfield and Hammary. My first job was at Broyhill (which was eventually dismantled by Furniture Brands Industry). Quality anything is hard to find these days!
Paul, I have to tell you, I dug my potatoes yesterday and I had a few potatoes rotted because of too much water.. The wood chip work well in the raised beds even metal.
So wise!! Love this guy! He simply wants to listen to God so God speaks! I pray I can garden again. Lost my home. Praying my family farm doesn't get sold. I would do Back to Eden on our farm immediately, just need The Lord to make a way. Some of the family wants the farm sold for the money, which is totally understandable. But if I could get the farm successful, & I know I can with BTE, then I'm sure they wouldn't want it sold. Then we won't lose another family farm in our area, as also many family farms are also lost in so many areas. It's really sad! And unnecessary. ✝ Believers, would u mind if I asked for your prayers? Then, if your ever on Cape Cod in Massachusetts, look for a farm that does wood chips! Let me know you were one of the people praying for this farm. We'll have a grand time praising God! Hopefully God will move & I can bless tons of ppl like Paul does by sharing & teaching the simplicity & Beauty of gardening this way! If you follow John Koehler from Growingyourgreens.com - He went to Hawaii this past spring and im pretty sure that farm in Hawaii that Paul's son told him about is that 10 acres farm - It was previously a horse farm and had a lot of hard pan, and lava flow and concreted areas - he wanted to grow organic but was lacking minerals and stuff - he started putting wood chips down and watched with amazement how awesome it is doing - You need to check that one out.
I mentioned this before, but what Paul is talking about is explained in detail in the book: "Teaming With Microbes," by Jeff Lowenfels. Pick up a copy online or at your local library.
My small orchard is covered with wood chips. My garden is next. I would like to see the list of Paul plants and the type. The example is potato German Butterball and Yellow Fin.
have been watching your videos so now my garden is covered in wood chips the state is always cutting back trees on rood sides so I have getting bucks full I FIND states do not consider trees very important to our health an welfare I think there is to much cutting and clearing
