San Luis Obispo Real Estate County Wide Update

Here are the stats for April 2024: The median price came back up from the fall we had last month to 855k, just 3k below the February 2024 median price of 858k. Inventory dropped down to a total of 5, months including available and pending listings. The number of sales was 228, which is still low for April, down from 394 sales in April of 2021, and the number of days to sell is now at only 10 days, the fastest we have seen for 2 years... keeping in mind that this stat is derived from listings that sell. We are still seeing listings that are even slightly overpriced sitting on the market for months!! Stats are obtained from the California Regional MLS for residential SLO County listings sold.
