It was interesting hearing what each girl thought was ideal body wise. Women can be beautiful in all shapes and sizes, so it's nice to know that not all of them have the same thing in mind. I can say though, that Sayuri Namba already has an amazing body, and I look forward to meeting her in Philly when TJPW comes to the US!

Japanese girls are beautiful in general. I think the one thing they don't have to worry about is their look.
But what makes them even more beautiful is that they are so real.

This is an interesting topic. Everyone has their own ideal body but if we think about it for a moment, let’s talk about models, media homologation to consumer standards. The perfect body is destined to set anyway, it can only exist for a limited period of time. Instead, the social model is a source of dissatisfaction that is an engine of consumption. Feeling good about yourself is the first step towards happiness.
I think the first lady was so cute! She sounded like me. lol I'm about 158-160cm but wished I grew to be around 165cm+ but well I'm too old to grow anymore. I stopped growing in like 7th grade. and having some chubbiness to your body is a good thing. and she has that a bit since her face is round and chunky but her legs are too, She's just beyond beautiful!

When women dress up, they usually wear high heels, so whatever height they say they want to be, add a few inches for heels. Now compare them to the average Japanese guy (170cm). With heels women will be much taller and then complain there aren't enough tall men.
What is scary is the women's perception of weight. Muscle weighs more than fat. If you are athletic, especially with strong core and lower body, you can weigh more than a sedentary soft person, and the curves will all be in the right places. Better to be physically fit and never step on the scale, unless you compete in a sport with weight divisions. Scales are for sedentary people.
I think of the average height japanese female is 159 cm but the younger is even taller !
I would be curious what body types for men that Japanese women think is ideal and if there is a difference if the guy is a Westerner or not.

a little less than 40kg?! dayum that's so little, like a kid, I get it if you short you weight less, but under 40kg? never saw in my life an adult girl (like 18+) that weight is under 40kg, it's kinda shocking
