Professor Pomona Sprout was a witch who worked as Head of the Herbology department at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. She attended the school in her youth, where and excelled at Herbology early on. Some time after her graduation, she returned to Hogwarts to teach.

Professor Sprout was a sweet person. She cared deeply for not only her house but all Hogwarts students. Hufflepuff House is very lucky to have her as Head of House.

There’s not much to say, other than that she was there; and which characters she treated and for what. The books say nothing about her personal life, not even what house she was in. She’s never even seen speaking to anyone outside the context of healing their injuries.
Makes me wonder why Neville wasn't sorted into Hufflepuff.

He showed bravery in some fight scenes and he very much valued his friendships, though often compared himself to Potter and felt inadequate.
He wanted to be put there, but the hat saw the potential for his bravery, and ignored Neville's wishes.

The first physical appearance of Pomona Sprout in media was in the Philosopher's/Sorcerer's Stone video game. This was before anyone was cast as Sprout, so her appearance was different. In the PS1 version, she was a short skinny witch a little taller than 11 year old Harry Potter with ginger hair tied back and green clothing.
The Chamber of Secrets film had Miriam Margoyles as Sprout. This was done in 2002. The PS2 video game of Philosopher's Stone was made the following year, but Sprout didn't look like how Margoyles portrayed her in that game. Does anyone know why that is?
The appearance in the PC Version was also different to the PS1 version.

Ok I've only just watched the movie and are reading through the books atm (finished the first) and HOW IS THERE THAT MUCH ABOUT PROFESSOR SPROUT LIKE WTH!!! It shows how much time and dedication you put into your videos. As always I thoroughly enjoyed this and look forwards to the next one.

Which one of these wizards were the most well rounded (I mean reliable, knowledgeable in various fields, can adapt to any situation, cunning and plainly stated the wizard whom anyone would want to have on their side) :
Albus Dumbledore: the Hogwarts headmaster, he wields the powerful elder wand , one of the few wizards who can apparate without the help of a wand. He is adept at transfiguration, duelling, possess a sharp mind and is very tactful and manipulative. However was easily defeated by Draco malfoy in hbp and cannot use the unforgivable curses. Defeated the former greatest dark wizard of all time gallert grindleward. Can be an asset on anyone's team.
Sevrus snape: the half blood prince, adept at the dark arts, defense aagainst the dark arts , potions, occlumency, legilimency (sorry about the spelling). He created powerful spells like sectumsrmpra, levicorpus and even devised counter spells for them. Powerful wizards like Dumbledore and voldemort valued his skills a strong choice for anyone. Was able to defeat Lockhart in a single swift spell but was defeated by McGonagall in DH
Voldemort: (for argument sake forget that he is the evil guy)
Wisest of wizards have been trapped by his cunning. A master strategist, an amazing duellist, he taught snape (presumably) the skill of unsupported flight. Considered to be the best at legilimmency. He is the only known being to know to conjure and control powerful flames from a wand. Easily one of the best wizards to have set foot on Hogwarts and the planet. Even Dumbledore admits that.
Harry potter(after 15 years since DH): excellent at quiddich, the best duellist and professor of DADA. Youngest triwizard champion , youngest ever wizard to cast a patronus and perhaps the strongest patronus at that time overpowerd a basillisk at a mere age of 12. Was the unofficial DADA professor at the age of 15. Defeated many death eaters in his Hogwarts days. Has defeated voldemort on 5 different occasions (6 if you consider when voldy tries to possess Harry in ootp) this shows he was good at occlumency. He can look into voldy 's mind this proves his skill in legilimmency . In terms of achievements the greatest on the list and his potential for power is incredible. As a 17 year old guy he defeats voldy imagine what can he do when he is 30+

Why did the look of Filius Flitwick change in between the movies???
Sindre Vie Strisland Warwick Davis said that When it came to the third film, of course the looks of the whole films had changed.
Alfonso really wanted to put his mark on the films. And then a lot of things altered: anything from character looks, to the actual layout of Hogwarts itself.
And another thing was happening at the same time. There wasn't really anything for Flitwick in the script at all, and I got a call one day from the producer, saying basically, "There's nothing for you, but we'd love you to be in the film all the same. How do you fancy coming in and doing a kind of cameo in the film as somebody else?"
And I said, "Well, that's great, thanks for asking. I'm always thrilled to be part of all of this, anyway." So, I went in for a meeting with Alfonso, the director, and Nick Dougland, who's the make-up supervisor, and we came up with this new look for this character who would be basically the conductor of the Frog Chorus in the Great Hall. And so, we went with that.

Was the halfblood prince’s potions book snape’s horcrux that got destroyed in the fiendfyre after harry threw it in the room of requirement ??
Professor snape was spying on Voldemort for Dumbledore , maybe Dumbledore had encouraged snape to make a horcrux in case things went wrong so not all of his soul was lost
As to who he has murdered, I have no idea but it might be someone like right after he approached Dumbledore to save lily and before Voldemort was vanquished the first time.
