  • Ive been practicing intermittent fasting for 4 months so far and experienced tremendous change both physically and mentally .
    But i've always wanted to try out the Muslim Puasa for the longest time and see whats the difference .
    So heres what i found out.
    Also i would like to share my perspective and views on fasting. Hope you learnt something.

    Keeping it real as always, glad you took this challenge bro. Also, the purpose of fasting is to remind ourselves to be thankful for the things we take for granted daily. Just to share a quote:
