  • in this video I made a real flowing waterfall in a glass bowl.
    the main concept of this project is to bring nature home in smaller scales.
    having such miniature landscapes not only add beauty to your living scapes, also the visual effects like natural light or FLOWING water, help reduces stress levels and improve moods.

    Your content is top shelf. 10/10.
    Thank you for taking the time to post your content!
    What are the biggest challenges you faced when you first started? You have obviously mastered your craft, but for a beginner, what are your recommendations to avoid, and what must absolutely be included?
    Again, thank you for sharing your art. This is the spirit of bonsai gracefully evolved.

    I love this concept and I think you could go even further with it. It should be possible to have "white water" (lots of turbulence) with a slightly stronger pump and a better water reservoir.

    Wonderful vid thanks- does the water on the bottom have to be below the moss + soil - right? If not the soil will get washed away with the continuous flow?

    What type of moss is this?

    Holy shit! this channel just popped up for me. Im assuming its because I watch Serpa Design and MD. You have to let me in on the soil mixes. The soil with the silicon, what kind of soil mix is
    that? Great channel. Please keep it up..

    This was a simple yet lovely build Lang 👏🏼! However I have two questions
    1. I did not understand the purpose of keeping cotton while putting the first batch of water in it.
    2. How frequently will this set-up need water replacement.

    • @gerardjagroo
      @gerardjagroo ปีที่แล้ว +3

      I'm guessing the cotton is to prevent erosion from deforming the soil bit

    • @langdiy
      @langdiy  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Yes that's correct, also the freshly planted moss may get washed away if water's directly poured from top.
      A setup like this doesn't requires much frequent water changes, only once every 2 or 3 months is ok

    This is very beautiful.❤ I gotta say your work is amazing ey, I Love it. If I were to build one for myself, how do I take care of it, how do I maintain it?

    • @langdiy
      @langdiy  ปีที่แล้ว

      Thank you! ❤ A setup like this doesn't requires much maintenance. You've to mist the moss thrice a week. And atleast 6 hours of lightning a day.
