This Tiny Terrarium Is Not What You Think

- I've been making terrariums on TH-cam now for over a decade. I've put them in an array of containers over that time to showcase the artistry of terrarium. That bring us to Crocs. I recently got a few pairs and decided that I might as well create little ecosystems to embellish them with. I personally think they look awesome and it was a fun project to make. What do you think? This video was a hilarious delight. Shame two broke, not the most ideak for fish room maintenance work, maybe society isn't ready for them, but they're here!... Somehow this was an idea! 😂 I love it, what a fun video to start the day

The ones with the tiny plants are my favourite, definetely the harder ones to make but they look so awesome :)
It would actually be nice to have a pair in a big build and let nature have a go at them.
Some people add jingle bells for the holiday season. Tanner adds tiny, living worlds.

THE ABSOLUTE MADLAD!! I'm so blown away by the finishing touch of the orange springtails. Maybe this is the thing that gets me to try crocs!
This is both horrible and beautiful... I love it. This is so much better than any of the designer clothes you'll see in shows.
The Salamanders enjoy your creativity and look forward to what you can create for them.
Also, they feel X-mas ornaments are another great opportunity for exploring what can be made into a terrarium.

Well, there's a build I never expected. I love the sheer amount of variety you pulled off in such tiny spaces. The branch retaining wall with the mini forest floor and the sand path are my favorites.

You always have something unique & innovative for us! (Not that I would mind an oldschool terrarium video). I love the tiny worlds you create! It's amazing how you can make the scenery still look like a true slice of nature on such a tiny scale.
As for the corks, they look like they might be a little awkward & since the fit had to be customized, maybe not airtight. Perhaps you can try to make lids/stoppers with a dab of hot glue, so it's able to lay flat but also seals the hole while also being removable for maintenance. It's probably best to do it by creating a little mold out of playdough or clay or something. Just a thought 😊

Nice video, as always :) you can size down the corks quite easy, just sticking a little drill bit on the center of the cork and turn it slowly while grinding away the exess material with some sandpaper, that way they fit perfectly and have a round finish. Keep up the good work :)
my friends and family have been bullying me for years cause I wore crocs everywhere and now it's suddenly on trend and they've become expensive af lmao

When Crocs first came out I wouldn’t get a pair. This was years ago. Then a rep came to my office for unrelated business and gave us all a pair. They were and are so perfect to take the dogs out or do things in the yard or walk around the house. They lasted for years and I bought my second pair. For a number of uses they can’t be beat.

I love these and how you were able to make so many unique designs...but the entire video the thought that wouldn't leave my mind is "how are the scapes going to stay intact when you start walking around with them" 😅interested to see how these hold up over time
To replicate with non-living plants, you can set the substrate and hardscape, and then drip a little thin liquid superglue in to set it. Wait a bit, then glue in fake plant bits. I'm ok with fake plants because I want the real ones in actual terrariums/vivariums
